Claims (7)
- 사이징 조성물을 유리 섬유에 도포하고, 물을 제거하고, 이어서 고-에너지 방사선에 노출시키고, 제2 단계에서, 코팅된 유리 섬유를 플라스틱에 도입하고, 150 내지 300℃에서 폴리이소시아네이트기를 탈봉쇄하여 노출시켜 열 경화를 행하며,상기 사이징 조성물이(I) 하나 이상의 수-분산성 또는 수-용해성 봉쇄 폴리이소시아네이트 (A),(II) 자유-라디칼 중합가능한 기 및 체레비티노프(Zerevitinov)-활성 수소 원자를 함유하는 기 0 내지 0.53 mmol을 함유하는 하나 이상의 폴리우레탄 (B), 및(III) 자유-라디칼 중합을 개시할 수 있는 개시제 (C)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 유리 섬유 강화 플라스틱의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 봉쇄 폴리이소시아네이트 (A)가(A1) 지방족, 지환족, 방향지방족 및(또는) 방향족에 부착된 이소시아네이트기를 함유하는 하나 이상의 폴리이소시아네이트,(A2) 하나 이상의 이온성 또는 잠재적 이온성 및(또는) 비이온성 화합물,(A3) 하나 이상의 봉쇄제,(A4) 원할 경우, 분자량이 32 내지 300이고 아미노기가 1 내지 4개인 하나 이상의 지방족(지환족) 모노- 또는 폴리아민,(A5) 원할 경우, 분자량이 50 내지 250이고 히드록실기가 1 내지 4개인 하나 이상의 다가 알콜, 및(A6) 원할 경우, 이소시아네이트-반응성 기 및 불포화기를 함유하는 하나 이상의 화합물의 반응 생성물인 것을 특징으로 하는, 유리 섬유 강화 플라스틱의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리우레탄 (B)가(a) 하나 이상의 디- 또는 폴리이소시아네이트,(b1) 비이온성 기 및(또는) 이온성 기 및(또는) 이온성 기로 전환될 수 있는 기를 함유하는 하나 이상의 친수성화 화합물,(b2) 자유-라디칼 중합가능한 기를 함유하는 하나 이상의 화합물,(b3) 원할 경우, 수평균 분자량이 50 내지 500이고, 히드록실 관능가가 2 내지 3인 하나 이상의 폴리올 화합물,(b4) 원할 경우, 수평균 분자량이 500 내지 13000 g/mol이고, 평균 히드록실 관능가가 1.5 내지 2.5인 하나 이상의 폴리올 화합물,(b5) 원할 경우, 하나 이상의 디- 또는 폴리아민의 반응 생성물인 것을 특징으로 하는, 유리 섬유 강화 플라스틱의 제조 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 (b3) 폴리올 화합물이, 수평균 분자량이 80 내지 200인 것을 특징으로 하는, 유리 섬유 강화 플라스틱의 제조 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 (b4) 폴리올 화합물이, 수평균 분자량이 700 내지 4000 g/mol인 것을 특징으로 하는, 유리 섬유 강화 플라스틱의 제조 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 (b4) 폴리올 화합물이, 평균 히드록실 관능가가 1.8 내지 2.2인 것을 특징으로 하는, 유리 섬유 강화 플라스틱의 제조 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 (b4) 폴리올 화합물이, 평균 히드록실 관능가가 1.9 내지 2.1인 것을 특징으로 하는, 유리 섬유 강화 플라스틱의 제조 방법.
