Description
Claims (16)
- 방출부재(19) 내에 공급압력을 가함으로써, 세장요소(20)를 조립 지지체(18)상에 부착하기 위해 상기 방출부재(19)로부터 상기 연속적인 세장요소(20)를 공급하는 단계;상기 지지체(18)에 기하학적 회전축(X-X) 주위로 회전운동을 시켜, 상기 세장요소(20)가 상기 지지체(18)에 둘레방향으로 배치되는 단계;구성요소(9, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17)에 주어지는 소정의 횡단면 외곽에 따라 사전 확립된 적층패턴으로 놓여지는 복수의 코일(20a)에 의해 형성된 상기 세장요소(20)로 타이어(3) 구성요소(9, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17)를 형성하기 위해 상기 지지체(18)와 방출부재(19) 사이의 횡방향 배치를 위한 제어된 상대 이동을 수행하는 단계;상기 구성요소(9, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17)의 형성이 완료된 경우 상기 세장요소(20) 공급단계를 중단하는 단계; 및상기 중단하는 단계에 잇따라 상기 방출부재(19)내에 역압력을 가하는 단계를 포함하고,상기 방출부재(19)는 사출 스크류(extrusion screw)(22), 상기 사출 스크류(22)의 하류에서 상기 사출 스크류(22)와 결합되는 기어펌프(23) 및 상기 기어펌프(23)의 하류에 결합되는 배출구 다이(outlet die)(26)를 구비하고, 상기 기어펌프(23)는 상기 공급단계동안 자신의 회전방향을 가지며,상기 역압력이 가해지는 경우 상기 기어펌프(23)가 상기 공급단계동안 상기 회전방향에 대하여 반대회전을 수행하는 차량용 휠 타이어의 엘라스토머 구성요소 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 중단단계는 0.1 내지 8초 사이에 포함된 시간 주기내에 상기 기어펌프(23)의 운동을 중단시킴으로써 발생되는 차량용 휠 타이어의 엘라스토머 구성요소 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 중단단계 동안, 값이 150 내지 400 바 사이에 포함될 때까지 상기 기어펌프(23) 하류의 압력이 감소되는 차량용 휠 타이어의 엘라스토머 구성요소 제조방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 중단단계에 잇따라 상기 기어펌프(23)가 0.1 내지 3 초 사이에 포함된 시간주기동안 정지상태로 유지되는 차량용 휠 타이어의 엘라스토머 구성요소 제조방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 기어펌프(23) 하류의 압력은 값이 150 내지 200 바 사이에 포함될 때까지 감소되는 한편 상기 기어펌프(23)는 상기 중단단계에 잇따라 정지상태로 있는 차량용 휠 타이어의 엘라스토머 구성요소 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 기어펌프(23)의 반대회전은 1 초 및 5초 사이에 포함된 시간주기내에 수행되는 차량용 휠 타이어의 엘라스토머 구성요소 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 반대회전 동안, 상기 기어펌프(23)의 기어는 10°내지 40°사이에 포함된 각도를 통해 회전하는 차량용 휠 타이어의 엘라스토머 구성요소 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 반대회전이 끝날 때 상기 기어펌프의 하류 압력은 10 내지 50 바 사이에 포함되는 차량용 휠 타이어의 엘라스토머 구성요소 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 세장요소(20)를 공급하는 새로운 단계는 선행 공급단계의 중단으로부터 1.2초 내지 16초 사이에 포함된 시간 간격 후에 시작되는 차량용 휠 타이어의 엘라스토머 구성요소 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 공급단계의 중단 및 상기 연이은 공급단계의 시작 사이에 포함된 시간간격은 동일한 방출부재(19) 가까이에서 피가공되는 연이은 타이이의 위치지정에 필요로 하는 시간에 해당하는 차량용 휠 타이어의 엘라스토머 구성요소 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 조립 지지체(18)는 강체 토로이드형 지지체인 차량용 휠 타이어의 엘라스토머 구성요소 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 조립 지지체(18)는 가변 표면구성을 갖는 지지체인 차량용 휠 타이어의 엘라스토머 구성요소 제조방법.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,상기 가변 표면구성은 원통형 지지체에서 토로이드형(toroidal) 지지체로 변하는 차량용 휠 타이어의 엘라스토머 구성요소 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 조립 지지체(18)는 원통형 외부면을 갖는 차량용 휠 타이어의 엘라스토머 구성요소 제조방법.
