Claims (3)
- 주입공간(11)의 바닥에 패턴화된 요홈부(12)가 형성된 도트 몰드(10)와 최소한 엘이디 두께에 대응하는 입광홈부(21)가 주입공간으로 형성된 성형 몰드(20)중 하나이상을 투명한 실리콘재로 제작하여 필름(30)이 상기 도트 몰드(10)와 성형 몰드(20) 사이에 위치하도록 도트 몰드(10)에 성형 몰드(20)를 닫아주는 세팅 단계; 상기 도트 몰드(10)와 성형 몰드(20) 사이의 공간에 유브이 경화성 수지를 주입한 상태에서 유브이 광선을 조사하여 경화 시킴으로써 필름(30)의 양면에 광매질층(40)(50)을 형성하는 경화 단계;로 이루어진 백라이트유니트용 라이트 가이드의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 성형 몰드(20)의 주입 공간이 입광홈부(21)보다 깊이가 작은 평면부(22)를 더 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 백라이트유니트용 라이트 가이드의 제조방법.
- 청구항 2에 있어서, 상기 평면부(22)에는 패턴화된 요홈부(23)가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 백라이트유니트용 라이트 가이드의 제조방법.
