Claims (17)
- 기상성장에 의해서 탄소결정으로 이루어지는 탄소나노튜브(24)를 제조하기 위해서 이용되는 촉매구조체(21)로서, Fe, Co, Mo, Ni로부터 선택되는 1종 이상으로 이루어진 촉매재료가 결정성장면(22)에 있어서 링형상 또는 소용돌이형상을 이루도록 형성되어서 이루어지는 촉매구조체.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 결정성장면(22)을 상부면으로 하는 기둥형상체로서, 상기 기둥형상체의 측면의 적어도 일부에 상기 탄소결정의 성장에 대해서 촉매작용을 가지지 않는, Ag, Au, Ru, Rh, Pd, Os, Ir, Pt로부터 선택되는 1종 이상을 함유하는 비촉매재료가 형성되어서 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매구조체.

- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 촉매재료가 다층구조를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매구조체.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 촉매재료의 적어도 상기 결정성장면(22)이 산화처리되어서 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매구조체.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 결정성장면(22)이 물결모양의 링형상을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매구조체.
- Fe, Co, Mo, Ni로부터 선택되는 1종 이상으로 이루어진 촉매재료가 결정성장면(22)에 있어서 링형상 또는 소용돌이형상을 이루도록 형성되어서 이루어지는 촉매구조체(21)를 이용하고, 상기 결정성장면(22)에 탄소나노튜브의 제조에 이용되는 재료 가스를 접촉시킴으로써 상기 결정성장면(22)으로부터 탄소결정을 기상성장시키는 탄소나노튜브(24)의 제조방법으로서,상기 재료가스는 에틸렌가스, 아세틸렌 가스 등의 탄화수소계 가스, 및 메틸 알콜가스, 에틸 알콜가스 등의 알콜계 가스인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소나노튜브의 제조방법.

- 제 8항에 있어서,상기 촉매구조체(21)가 복수 배치된 집합체에 있어서, 상기 집합체 내부의 상기 촉매구조체(21) 사이에 관통구멍이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소나노튜브의 제조방법.
- 제 8항에 있어서,상기 재료 가스가 상기 결정성장면(22)에 대해서 수직방향으로 흐르게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소나노튜브의 제조방법.
- 제 8항에 있어서,상기 촉매구조체(21)가 복수 배치되어서 기둥형상의 집합체가 형성되고, 결정성장면(22)을 상부면으로 하는 상기 집합체의 측면의 적어도 일부에 접해서 비촉매재료가 형성되고, 또한 상기 복수의 상기 촉매구조체(21)의 결정성장면(22)에 있어서의 촉매재료의 단면적의 불균일이 CV 10%이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소나노튜브의 제조방법.
- 제 8항에 있어서,상기 결정성장면(22)이 스퍼터링 가공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소나노튜브의 제조방법.
- 제 13항에 있어서,상기 스퍼터링 가공이, 클러스터 이온 빔(Cluster Ion Beam) 또는 초단(超短) 펄스 레이저를 이용해서 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소나노튜브의 제조방법.
- 제 8항에 있어서,화학적 연마, 물리적 연마, 스퍼터링 가공 중 1종 이상에 의해 상기 촉매재료의 재활성화 처리가 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소나노튜브의 제조방법.
- 제 8항에 있어서,상기 촉매구조체(21)를, 상기 결정성장면(22)을 상부면으로 하는 기둥형상체로 하고, 상기 기둥형상체의 측면의 적어도 일부에 상기 탄소결정의 성장에 대해서 촉매작용을 가지지 않는, Ag, Au, Ru, Rh, Pd, Os, Ir, Pt로부터 선택되는 1종이상을 포함하는 비촉매재료가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소나노튜브(24)의 제조방법.
- 제 16항에 있어서,상기 탄소나노튜브(24)의 생성온도가 상기 비촉매채료의 변형온도 이하로 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소나노튜브의 제조방법.
