Claims (5)
- 블랭킹 프레스 금형의 상부 절단스틸과 하부 절단스틸을 통하여 코일소재를 플랜지(Flange)를 갖는 절곡 형상의 패널제품으로 성형하기 위하여 일정한 규격의 패널소재로 절단 성형하는 블랭킹 성형방법에 있어서,상기 패널제품의 플랜지 부분의 절곡부를 절단 가공하는 과정에서, 상기 절곡부에 대응하는 블랭킹 프레스 금형의 상부 절단스틸과 하부 절단스틸 간의 요부 클리어런스는 이외의 부분인 직선부 클리어런스보다 좁게 형성하여 성형하되,상기 직선부 클리어런스 구간과 상기 요부 클리어런스 구간 사이에는 클리어런스가 점점 좁아지는 연결부 클리어런스 구간를 형성하고, 상기 요부 클리어런스 구간과 상기 연결부 클리어런스 구간은 상기 패널소재의 일정규격으로 설정되는 하부 트림스틸에 대응하여 상기 상부 트림스틸을 변형함으로써 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 블랭킹 성형방법.
- 제1항에서,상기 요부 클리어런스는코일소재두께의 2% 내지 3% 범위 내에서 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 블랭킹 성형방법.
