Claims (7)
- 가압 유체를 통하여 캠샤프트와 크랭크샤프트 또는 다른 샤프트 사이의 각도 관계를 조절하고 유지하며, 상기 각도 관계를 조절하고 유지하기 위해 유체 소스로부터 유체 싱크까지 유동하는 상기 가압 유체를 사용하는 페이서를 갖는 VCT 메카니즘에 있어서,상기 VCT 메카니즘은,리세스(12)와 결합하도록 배치되고, 상기 가압 유체가 내부로 흐르도록 허용함으로써 로킹 핀(11)을 상기 리세스(12)로부터 분리하는 로킹 핀(11)과,상기 각도 관계를 조절하고 유지하기 위해 상기 가압 유체의 유동을 제어하는 스풀 밸브(22)로서, 랜드들(19,20)을 구비하며, 상기 로킹핀(11)의 로크 및 언로크와 상기 유체 소스로부터 로킹핀(11)이 결합 및 분리되는 상기 리세스(12)를 향해 유동하는 그리고 상기 로킹핀(11)이 결합 및 분리되는 상기 리세스(12)로부터 상기 유체 싱크를 향해 유동하는 상기 가압 유체의 타이밍을 제어하도록 배치된 여유 랜드(18)를 갖는 상기 스풀 밸브(22), 및내부에서 유동하는 유체를 갖도록 배치된 한 세트의 통로들(A, S, R, L, V, 15)을 포함하고,상기 세트의 통로들은, 내부에서 유동하는 유체를 갖도록 배치되고, 상기 유체 소스와 유체 연통하게 배치된 제 1 단부와 제 2 단부를 갖는 제 1 통로(15)와,내부에서 유동하는 유체를 갖도록 배치되고, 상기 제 1 통로의 제 2 단부와 유체 연통하게 배치된 제 1 단부와, 상기 리세스(12)와 유체 연통하는 제 2 단부를 갖는 제 2 통로(23), 및내부에서 유동하는 유체를 갖도록 배치되고, 상기 제 2 통로(23)의 제 1 단부와 유체 연통하게 배치된 제 1 단부와, 상기 유체 싱크와 유체 연통하는 제 2 단부를 갖는 제 3 통로(16)를 포함하는 VCT 메카니즘.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 스풀 밸브(22)의 랜드(19)는 상기 제 2 통로(23)의 제 1 단부와 상기 제 1 통로(15)의 제 2 단부 사이에서의 상기 유체 연통을 제어하기 위해 배치된 VCT 메카니즘.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 스풀 밸브(22)의 여유 랜드(18)는 상기 제 2 통로(23)의 제 1 단부와 상기 제 3 통로(16)의 제 1 단부 사이에서의 상기 유체 연통을 제어하기 위해 배치된 VCT 메카니즘.
