Claims (3)
- 금속 스트립의 냉간 압연기의 형상 검출 롤의 사용 방법이며,상기 냉간 압연기는 리버스 라인이고, 상기 형상 검출 롤에는 상기 금속 스트립과 직접 접할 수 있게 센서가 배치되고, 조업 중 상기 형상 검출 롤의 폭 방향 전체에 외부로부터 물을 분사하고, 물을 분사한 부위로부터 롤 회전 방향으로 입구측과 출구측에 2개 설치한 스크레이퍼를 접촉시키고, 상기 형상 검출 롤에 대한 물 분사의 분사 및 정지를 제어하여 상기 형상 검출 롤의 온도를 50℃ 이상으로 유지시켜 상기 스크레이퍼의 접촉 후에 상기 형상 검출 롤에 남은 물을 증발시키는 것을 특징으로 하는, 금속 스트립의 형상 검출 롤의 사용 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,압연 중인 상기 금속 스트립의 최고 온도는 100 내지 500 ℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 스트립의 형상 검출 롤의 사용 방법.
