Description
Claims (14)
- 입력 이미지 블록에서 필름 그레인(film grain)을 시뮬레이션하는 방법으로서,(a) 상기 입력 이미지 블록에 대한 적어도 하나의 이미지 파라미터의 평균값을 계산하는 단계와,(b) 적어도 하나의 이전에 확립된 필름 그레인 블록들의 풀(pool)로부터, 이미지 파라미터가 상기 입력 이미지 블록의 이미지 파라미터와 가장 근접하게 정합하는 필름 그레인 블록을 선택하는 단계와,(c) 상기 선택된 필름 그레인 블록을 상기 입력 이미지 블록과 블렌딩(blending)하는 단계를 포함하는, 입력 이미지 블록에서 필름 그레인을 시뮬레이션하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 입력 이미지 블록과 블렌딩하는 단계 전에, 상기 선택된 필름 그레인 블록을 디블록킹(de-blocking)하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 입력 이미지 블록에서 필름 그레인을 시뮬레이션하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 이전에 확립된 필름 그레인 블록들은 이미지 강도에 근거하여 상기 적어도 하나의 풀 내에 구성되는, 입력 이미지 블록에서 필름 그레인을 시뮬레이션하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,입력 이미지의 특성에 따라 상기 적어도 하나의 풀을 갱신하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 입력 이미지 블록에서 필름 그레인을 시뮬레이션하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서,적어도 하나의 상이한 컬러 성분에 대하여 상이한 필름 그레인 블록이 선택되는, 입력 이미지 블록에서 필름 그레인을 시뮬레이션하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 블렌딩 단계 전에, 상기 선택된 필름 그레인 블록을 변환하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 입력 이미지 블록에서 필름 그레인을 시뮬레이션하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,다수의 필름 그레인 블록들의 풀들 중에서 하나의 필름 그레인 블록을 선택하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 입력 이미지 블록에서 필름 그레인을 시뮬레이션하는 방법.
- 입력 이미지에서의 필름 그레인을 시뮬레이션하는 방법- 상기 입력 이미지는 필름 그레인이 적어도 감소되고, 입력 이미지 블록들로 분해됨 -으로서,(a) 한 세트의 입력 이미지 블록들 중에서 연속하는 블록을 선택하는 단계와,(b) 상기 연속하는 블록에 대한 적어도 하나의 이미지 파라미터의 평균값을 계산하는 단계와,(c) 적어도 하나의 이전에 확립된 필름 그레인 블록들의 풀 중에서, 상기 연속하는 블록의 상기 적어도 하나의 이미지 파라미터의 평균값에 가장 근접하게 정합하는 이미지 파라미터를 가지는 필름 그레인 블록을 선택하는 단계와,(d) 상기 입력 이미지 내의 모든 픽셀 블록들에 대하여 상기 (a) 내지 (c) 단계를 반복하는 단계와,(e) 상기 선택된 필름 그레인 블록들을 블렌딩하여 필름 그레인을 가지는 출력 이미지를 생성하는 단계를 포함하는, 입력 이미지에서의 필름 그레인을 시뮬레이션하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 이전에 확립된 필름 그레인 블록들은 이미지 강도에 근거하여 상기 적어도 하나의 풀 내에 구성되는, 입력 이미지에서의 필름 그레인을 시뮬레이션하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 입력 이미지의 특성에 따라 상기 적어도 하나의 이전에 확립된 필름 그레인 블록들의 풀을 갱신하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 입력 이미지에서의 필름 그레인을 시뮬레이션하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서,적어도 하나의 상이한 컬러 성분에 대하여 상이한 필름 그레인 블록이 선택되는, 입력 이미지에서의 필름 그레인을 시뮬레이션하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 (c) 내지 (d) 단계를 반복하기 전에, 상기 선택된 필름 그레인 블록을 변환하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 입력 이미지에서의 필름 그레인을 시뮬레이션하는 방법.
