Claims (20)
- 통신 데이터를 수신 장치에 송신하는 송신 수단과,상기 통신 데이터에 대응하여 상기 수신 장치로부터 응답되는 부정 응답 신호 또는 확인 응답 신호를 수신하는 수신 수단과,상기 수신 장치로부터의 상기 부정 응답 신호의 도달 또는 소정의 확인 응답 대기 시간의 경과를 대기하지 않고, 상기 수신 장치에 대한 상기 통신 데이터의 재송신을 실행하는 재송 제어 수단과,상기 통신 데이터의 송신으로부터 상기 재송신까지의 시간 간격을 제어하는 재송 대기 시간 제어 수단과,상기 수신 장치와의 사이에서의 통신 상황에 따라서 상기 통신 데이터의 재송의 발생을 예측하고, 예측 결과에 기초하여 상기 재송 제어 수단에서의 상기 재송신의 실행의 유무를 제어하는 예측 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 송신 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,무선 리소스의 할당 제어 수단을 더 구비하고,상기 무선 리소스에 빈 부분이 있는 경우에, 상기 통신 데이터의 상기 재송신을 실행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 송신 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 재송 제어 수단은, 상기 통신 데이터의 즉시성에 기초하여, 상기 재송신의 실행의 유무 또는, 상기 재송신의 복수회 연속한 실행을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 송신 장치.

- 제1항에 있어서,과거의 상기 통신 데이터의 재송 처리의 발생 빈도에 기초하여, 상기 통신 데이터의 재송의 발생을 예측하고, 예측 결과에 기초하여 상기 재송 제어 수단에서의 상기 재송신의 실행의 유무를 제어하는 예측 수단을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 송신 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 수신 장치와의 사이에서의 정보 전송로의 상태에 기초하여, 상기 통신 데이터의 재송의 발생을 예측하고, 예측 결과에 기초하여 상기 재송 제어 수단에서의 상기 재송신의 실행의 유무를 제어하는 예측 수단을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 송신 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 재송 대기 시간 제어 수단은, 상기 통신 데이터의 즉시성, 상기 수신 장치와의 사이에서의 정보 전송로의 상태, 과거의 상기 통신 데이터의 재송 빈도, 중 적어도 하나에 기초하여 상기 시간 간격의 길이를 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 송신 장치.

- 수신측을 향하여 통신 데이터를 송신하는 제1 스텝과,상기 수신측으로부터 도래하는 상기 통신 데이터의 부정 응답 신호의 도달 또는 소정의 확인 응답 대기 시간의 경과를 대기하지 않고, 상기 수신측을 향하여 상기 통신 데이터를 재송신하는 제2 스텝과,상기 수신측과의 사이에서의 통신 상황에 따라서 상기 통신 데이터의 재송의 발생을 예측하고, 예측 결과에 기초하여 상기 제2 스텝에서의 상기 재송신의 실행의 유무를 제어하는 제3 스텝을 송신측에서 실행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보 통신 방법.
