Claims (22)
- 고정자 코어(20)를 제공하는 단계;엔드캡 어셈블리(22)를 상기 고정자 코어(20)에 부착하는 단계;고정자 분할 어셈블리(18)를 만들기 위해서 상기 엔드캡 어셈블리(22)와 상기 고정자 코어(20)의 주위를 권선(24)으로 감는 단계;상기 고정자 분할 어셈블리들(18)을 고정자(14)로 조립하는 단계; 및상기 고정자(14)의 첫 번째, 두 번째 및 세 번째 상전선(102)을 만들기 위해 상기 고정자 분할 어셈블리들(18) 각각의 상기 권선(24)의 반대쪽 단부들(72)에 연결하기 위해 상전선 매기 장치(130)를 사용하는 단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 분할된 고정자 전기기계(10)의 상전선 연결 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 고정자 분할 어셈블리들(18)의 상기 엔드캡 어셈블리들(22)에 첫 번째와 두 번째 단자들(70)을 부착하는 단계;상기 첫 번째 및 두 번째 단자들(70)에 상기 권선(24)의 반대쪽 단부들(72)을 연결하는 단계; 및상기 첫 번째 및 두 번째 단자들(70)에 상기 상전선(102)을 연결하는 단계를 더 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 분할된 고정자 전기기계(10)의 상전선 연결 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 고정자 분할 어셈블리들(18)의 상기 엔드캡 어셈블리들(22)에게 일면 절연변위장치(IDCs)(100)을 부착하는 단계;상기 절연변위장치(IDCs)(100)에 상기 권선(24)의 상기 반대쪽 단부들(72)을 연결하는 단계; 및상기 절연변위장치(IDCs)(100)에 상기 상전선(102)을 연결하는 단계를 더 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 분할된 고정자 전기기계(10)의 상전선 연결 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 고정자 분할 어셈블리들(18)의 상기 엔드캡 어셈블리들(22)에 첫 번째와 두 번째 면들을 갖는 양면 절연변위장치(IDCs)(110)를 부착하는 단계;상기 절연변위장치(IDCs)(110)의 첫 번째 면에 상기 권선(24)의 상기 반대쪽 단부들(72)을 연결하는 단계;상기 절연변위장치(IDCs)(110)의 두 번째 면에 상기 상전선(102)을 연결하는 단계를 더 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 분할된 고정자 전기기계(10)의 상전선 연결 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 고정자 분할 어셈블리들(18)의 상기 엔드캡 어셈블리들(22)에 첫 번째와 두 번째 훅 단자들(90)을 부착하는 단계;상기 첫 번째와 두 번째 훅 단자들(90)에 상기 권선(24)의 상기 반대쪽 단부들(72)을 연결하는 단계; 및상기 첫 번째와 두 번째 훅 단자들(90)에 상기의 상전선(102)을 연결하는 단계를 더 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 분할된 고정자 전기기계(10)의 상전선 연결 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 고정자 분할 어셈블리들(18)의 상기 엔드캡 어셈블리들(22)에 첫 번째와 두 번째 훅 단자들(90)을 부착하는 단계;상기 첫 번째와 두 번째 훅 단자들(90)에 상기 권선(24)의 상기 반대쪽 단부들(72)을 연결하는 단계; 및상기 첫 번째와 두 번째 훅 단자들(90)에 상기 상전선(102)을 연결하는 단계를 더 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 분할된 고정자 전기기계(10)의 상전선 연결 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 상전선(102)을 연결하는 동안 상기 상전선 매기 장치(130)에 대응하여 상기 고정자(14)의 위치를 조정하는 단계를 더 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 분할된 고정자 전기기계(10)의 상전선 연결 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 상전선(102)을 연결하는 동안 상기 고정자(14)와 상기 상전선 매기 장치(130)의 위치를 조정하는 단계를 더 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 분할된 고정자 전기기계(10)의 상전선 연결 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기의 전기기계(10)는 무브러시 영구 자석 전기기계인 것을 특징으로 하는 분할된 고정자 전기기계(10)의 상전선 연결 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 전기기계는 스위치드 릴럭턴스형 전기기계인 것을 특징으로 하는 분할된 고정자 전기기계(10)의 상전선 연결 방법.
