Claims (16)
- 유기 염기를 포함하는 촉매의 존재하에 메틸 메르캅탄과 아크로레인을 포함하는 반응 매질을 반응시키는 3-메틸티오프로판알의 생성 방법에 있어서, 상기 유기 염기는 N-알킬 모르폴린 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 촉매는 C1 내지 C6 알킬 모르폴린인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 촉매는 메틸 모르폴린 또는 에틸 모르폴린인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 메틸 메르캅탄에 대한 유기 염기의 몰비는 0.0001 내지 0.05 인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 메틸 메르캅탄에 대한 유기 염기의 몰비는 0.001 내지 0.01 인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 아크로레인에 대한 메틸 메르캅탄의 몰비는 0.9 내지 2 인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 아크로레인에 대한 메틸 메르캅탄의 몰비는 1 내지 1.2 인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 촉매는 유기산을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 유기산은 포름산, 아세트산, 프로핀산 및 부탄산 중에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 유기산은 아세트산인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 유기산에 대한 촉매의 몰비는 0.1 내지 2 인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 유기산에 대한 촉매의 몰비는 0.2 내지 1 인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,20 내지 70℃의 온도에서 실행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서,30 내지 50℃의 온도에서 실행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,대기압하에서 실행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- (a) N-알킬 모르폴린 화합물인 유기 염기를 갖는 촉매와 3-메틸티오프로판알을 포함하는 생산 흐름을 형성하기 위하여, N-알킬 모르폴린 화합물인 유기 염기를 갖는 촉매의 존재하에 메틸 메르캅탄과 아크로레인을 포함하는 반응 매질을 반응시키는 제1 단계와, (b) 촉매의 존재하에 상기 생산 흐름을 시안화수소와 반응시켜 2-하이드록시-4-(메틸티오)부탄니트릴을 생산하는 제2 단계를 포함하는 2-하이드록시-4-(메틸티오)부탄니트릴의 생산 방법.
