Claims (10)
- 자기 베어링부와 모터부를 가지는 스테이터와 상기 스테이터에 설치되는 로터를 포함하는 자기부상모터로서,상기 스테이터는 2개의 상기 자기 베어링부의 사이에 상기 모터부를 가지고,상기 로터의 측면에 일정한 간극을 두고 상기 자기 베어링부를 구성하는 자기 베어링 요크를 일정한 간격으로 원주형상으로 배설하고,상기 자기 베어링 요크는 상기 로터의 측면에 대향하는 2개의 돌극을 가지고, 상기 돌극들 중 하나에 자기 베어링용 코일을 권취하고, 상기 돌극들 중 나머지 하나에 제1 영구자석을 설치하며, 상기 모터부에 설치된 상기 돌극과 상기 모터부의 모터 요크와의 사이에 제2 영구자석을 설치하고,상기 자기 베어링부들 중 하나의 상기 모터부에 설치되는 상기 돌극 전부를, 상기 자기 베어링용 코일을 권취한 돌극으로 하던지, 아니면 상기 제1 영구자석을 설치한 돌극으로 하며,상기 자기 베어링부들 중 나머지 하나의 상기 모터부에 설치되는 상기 돌극 전부를, 상기 자기 베어링용 코일을 권취한 돌극으로 하던지, 아니면 상기 제1 영구자석을 설치한 돌극으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기부상모터.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 자기 베어링부들 중 하나의 상기 로터에 대향하여 배설되는 상기 돌극의 상기 제1 영구자석은, 상기 로터 상에서 동일한 자극을 가지고,상기 자기 베어링부들 중 나머지 하나의 상기 로터에 대향하여 배설되고 상기 모터부를 끼워 설치되는 상기 돌극의 상기 제1 영구자석은, 상기 자기 베어링부들 중 하나의 상기 제1 영구자석의 상기 로터의 자극과 반대인 상기 로터의 자극을 가지며,상기 제2 영구자석은, 상기 자기 베어링 요크에 설치되는 상기 제1 영구자석의 상기 로터의 자극과 동일한 상기 모터부의 자극을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기부상모터.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 자기 베어링부들 중 하나의 상기 로터에 대향하여 배설되는 상기 돌극의 상기 제1 영구자석은, 상기 로터 상에서 동일한 자극을 가지고,상기 모터부를 끼워 설치되고 상기 자기 베어링부들 중 다른 하나의 상기 로터에 대향하여 배설되는 상기 돌극의 상기 제1 영구자석은, 상기 자기 베어링부들 중 하나의 상기 제1 영구자석의 상기 로터의 자극과 동일한 상기 로터의 자극을 가지며,상기 제2 영구자석은, 상기 자기 베어링 요크에 설치되는 상기 제1 영구자석의 상기 로터의 자극과 동일한 상기 모터부의 자극을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기부상모터.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 모터부는,상기 모터 요크로부터 상기 로터의 반경방향으로 돌출하고, 상기 로터와 일정한 간극을 둔 모터 요크 돌극을 가지되, 상기 모터 요크 돌극에는 모터용 코일을 권취하고,상기 로터의 표면에 모터용 영구자석을 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 자기부상모터.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 모터부는 콘시퀀트(consequent)형으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기부상모터.
