Abstract
Description
Claims (20)
- 무기 섬유, 제1 주 표면 및 제2 주 표면, 상기 제1 주 표면 및 제2 주 표면을 둘러싸는 단부면을 구비하는 매트재 제조 방법이며,상기 매트재에 제2 유기 결합재를 함침시키는 단계와,상기 매트재를 절단하는 단계와,상기 매트재의 단부면의 적어도 일부에, 무기 섬유의 비산을 억제하도록 구성된 제1 무기 섬유 비산 억제부를 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 매트재 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 무기 섬유 비산 억제부의 형성 단계는 매트재의 단부면에 고분자 필름을 제공하는 단계를 포함하는, 매트재 제조 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 고분자 필름은 열 융착법 또는 접착제를 사용한 접착법에 의해 제공되는, 매트재 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 무기 섬유 비산 억제부의 형성 단계는 상기 매트재의 단부면에 제1 유기 결합재를 함유하는 조성물을 도포하는 단계를 포함하는, 매트재 제조 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 제1 유기 결합재를 함유하는 조성물은 상기 매트재의 단부면에 직접 분사되거나 브러시로 도포되는, 매트재 제조 방법.
- 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 상기 제1 유기 결합재는 에폭시 수지, 아크릴 수지, 고무 수지 및 스티렌 수지로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는, 매트재 제조 방법.
- 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 상기 제1 유기 결합재의 적용 밀도(P)는 0 < P ≤ 25 mg/㎠의 범위인, 매트재 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제1 무기 섬유 비산 억제부는 단부면의 총면적의 75% ~ 100%에 해당되는 영역에 형성되는, 매트재 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제1 주 표면과 제2 주 표면 중의 하나 이상에 제2 무기 섬유 비산 억제부를 형성하는 단계를 더 포함하는 매트제 제조 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 제2 무기 섬유 비산 억제부의 형성 단계는 상기 제1 주 표면과 제2 주 표면 중의 하나 이상에 고분자 필름을 제공하는 단계를 포함하는, 매트재 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 무기 섬유는 알루미나 및 실리카를 포함하는, 매트재 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 매트재는 제1 주 표면, 제2 주 표면 및 단부면 이외의 위치에, 무기 결합재와 제2 유기 결합재 중 하나 이상을 더 포함하는, 매트재 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 매트재는 매트재의 전체 중량에 대하여 0 중량 %를 초과하고 4.5 중량 % 이하에 해당하는 유기 성분을 포함하는, 매트재 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 매트재는 매트재의 전체 중량에 대하여 0 중량% 를 초과하고 2.5 중량% 이하에 해당하는 유기 성분을 포함하는, 매트재 제조 방법.
