Abstract
Description
Claims (20)
- 매트재이며,무기 섬유와,제1 주 표면 및 제2 주 표면과,상기 제1 주 표면 및 제2 주 표면을 둘러싸는 단부면을 포함하며,상기 매트재의 단부면의 적어도 일부에는 무기 섬유의 비산을 억제하기 위한 무기 섬유 비산 억제부가 형성되어 있는 매트재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 무기 섬유 비산 억제부는 유기물을 포함하는 매트재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 무기 섬유 비산 억제부는 고분자 필름 또는 제1 유기 결합재를 포함하는 매트재.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제1 유기 결합재는 에폭시 수지, 아크릴 수지, 고무 수지, 스티렌 수지로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 매트재.
- 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 상기 제1 유기 결합재의 적용 밀도(P)는 0 < P ≤ 25 mg/㎠의 범위인 매트재.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 무기 섬유 비산 억제부는 단부면의 총면적의 75% ~ 100%의 영역에 형성되어 있는 매트재.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 무기 섬유 비산 억제부는 제1 주 표면과 제2 주 표면 중의 하나 이상에 형성되어 있는 매트재.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 제1 주 표면과 제2 주 표면 중의 하나 이상에 형성된 무기 섬유 비산 억제부는 고분자 필름을 포함하는 매트재.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 무기 섬유는 알루미나 및 실리카를 포함하는 매트재.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제1 주 표면, 제2 주 표면 및 단부면 이외의 위치에, 무기 결합재와 제2 유기 결합재 중의 하나 이상을 더 포함하는 매트재.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 매트재의 전체 중량에 대하여 0 중량 %를 초과하고 4.5 중량 % 이하의 유기 성분을 더 포함하는 매트재.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 매트재의 전체 중량에 대하 여 0 중량% 를 초과하고 2.5 중량% 이하의 유기 성분을 더 포함하는 매트재.
- 무기 섬유와, 제1 주 표면 및 제2 주 표면과, 상기 제1 주 표면 및 제2 주 표면을 둘러싸는 단부면을 포함하는 매트재를 제조하는 방법이며,상기 매트재의 단부면의 적어도 일부에는 무기 섬유의 비산을 억제하기 위한 무기 섬유 비산 억제부를 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 매트재를 제조하는 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 무기 섬유 비산 억제부를 형성하는 단계는 매트재의 단부면의 적어도 일부에 유기 결합재를 도포하는 단계를 포함하는 매트재를 제조하는 방법.
- 제13항 또는 제14항에 있어서, 상기 제1 주 표면과 제2 주 표면 중의 하나 이상에 무기 섬유 비산 억제부를 형성하는 단계를 더 포함하는 매트재를 제조하는 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 제1 주 표면과 제2 주 표면 중의 하나 이상에 무기 섬유 비산 억제부를 형성하는 단계는, 제1 주 표면과 상기 제2 주 표면 중의 하나 이상에 고분자 필름을 제공하는 단계를 포함하는 매트재를 제조하는 방법.
- 배기가스 처리 장치이며,배기가스가 유동하는 2개의 개구면을 구비하는 배기가스 처리체와,상기 개구면을 제외한 상기 배기가스 처리체의 외주면의 적어도 일부 근방에 권취된 유지 시일재와,상기 유지 시일재가 권취된 상기 배기가스 처리체를 수용하도록 구성된 원통형 부재를 포함하며,상기 유지 시일재는 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 매트재를 포함하는 배기가스 처리 장치.
- 배기가스 처리 장치이며,배기가스용 입구 관 및 출구 관과,상기 입구 관과 출구 관의 사이에 배치된 배기가스 처리체를 포함하며,상기 입구 관의 적어도 일부에 단열재가 제공되며,상기 단열재는 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 매트재를 포함하는 배기가스 처리 장치.
- 제17항에 있어서, 상기 배기가스 처리체는 촉매 담지체 또는 배기가스 필터를 포함하는 배기가스 처리 장치.
- 소음 장치이며,내부 관과,상기 내부 관의 외주를 감싸는 외부 덮개와,상기 내부 관과 상기 외부 덮개 사이에 배치된 흡음재를 포함하며,상기 흡음재는 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 매트재를 포함하는 소음 장치.
