Claims (13)
- 아스파라긴산 아미노트랜스퍼라제 유전자의 카피수(copy number)를 증가시키거나, 당해 유전자의 다중 카피를 세균성 염색체 내로 도입하거나, 아스파라긴산 아미노트랜스퍼라제를 암호화하는 DNA를 강력한 프로모터의 조절하에 놓음으로써 아스파라긴산 아미노트랜스퍼라제 활성이 증가되도록 변형시킨 세균으로서, 이때 아스파라긴산 아미노트랜스퍼라제 유전자가 서열번호 2의 아미노산 서열을 암호화하는 유전자인, L-트레오닌을 생산하는 에스세리키아 속(Escherichia)에 속하는 세균.

- 제7항에 따른 세균을 배양 배지중에서 배양하여, 배양 배지중에 L-트레오닌을 생성 및 축적시키고, 당해 배양 배지로부터 L-트레오닌을 채취하는 것을 특징으로 하는 L-트레오닌의 제조방법.
