Claims (12)
- 셀(cell)에 있어서,기판,제1 전극,광기전력(photovoltaic) 활성층, 및유기 재료를 포함하는 제2 전극을 포함하며,상기 제1 전극은 음 전극(negative electrode)이고 상기 기판 및 상기 광기전력 활성층 사이에 있고, 상기 광기전력 활성층은 상기 제1 및 제2 전극 사이에 있고, 상기 제2 전극은 양 전극(positive electrode)이며, 상기 셀은 광기전력 셀인 것인, 셀.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2 전극은 반투명성인 것인 셀.
- 삭제
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 저항 손실을 감소시키기 위해 상기 제2 전극 상에 리키지 커넥터(leakage connector)들이 비연속적으로 배치되는 것인 셀.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 리키지 커넥터들은 은전도성 페이스트로 이루어지는 것인 셀.
- 광기전력 셀(photovoltaic cell)을 제조하는 방법에 있어서,기판 상으로 음 전극인 제1 전극을 적층(apply)하고,상기 제1 전극 상으로 광기전력 활성층을 적층하고,상기 광기전력 활성층 상으로 양 전극인 제2 전극을 적층하는 것을 포함하며,상기 제2 전극은 유기 재료를 포함하는 것인, 광기전력 셀 제조 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 제2 전극은 프린팅 기술을 이용하여 적층되는 것인, 광기전력 셀 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2 전극은 PEDOT를 포함하는 것인 셀.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2 전극은 불투명한(opaque) 것인 셀.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 광기전력 활성층은 공액성 폴리머(conjugated polymer)를 포함하는 것인 셀.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 광기전력 활성층은 풀러렌(fullerene)을 더 포함하는 것인 셀.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 풀러렌은 PCBM(phenyl C61 butyric acid methyl ester)을 포함하는 것인 셀.
