도 3은 도 1의 5축 절삭가공장치에서 작업대상물을 클램핑하기 위한 지그의 분해 사시도이다.
도 4는 도 1의 'F'영역을 확대한 부분 사시도이다.
도 5는 도 4에서 작업대상물을 A축 방향으로 회전시킨 부분 사시도이다.
도 6은 도 4에서 작업대상물을 B축 방향으로 회전시킨 부분 사시도이다.

Claims (9)
- X축, Y축 및 Z축 방향으로 이동 가능하게 마련되고, 장착된 절삭공구를 회전시키는 스핀들 유닛; 및
상기 절삭공구에 의해 가공되는 작업대상물을 지지하고, 상기 X축을 중심축으로 하여 회전하는 방향인 A축 방향 및 상기 Y축을 중심축으로 하여 회전하는 방향인 B축 방향으로 상기 작업대상물을 회전시키는 회전 구동유닛을 포함하고,
상기 회전 구동유닛은,
상기 작업대상물을 클램핑하기 위한 지그를 상기 A축 방향으로 회전시키는 A축 서보 모터;
상기 지그를 상기 B축 방향으로 회전시키는 B축 서보 모터; 및
상기 B축 방향으로 회전 가능하게 마련되어 상기 A축 서보 모터와 상기 B축 서보 모터를 상호 연결하는 회전 브라켓을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 5축 절삭가공장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 스핀들 유닛은,
상기 절삭공구를 클램핑하여 상기 절삭공구를 회전시키는 스핀들; 및
상기 스핀들의 주축 상에 마련되어 상기 스핀들을 통해 상기 절삭공구에 초음파 진동을 인가하는 자기변형 변환기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 5축 절삭가공장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 자기변형 변환기는,
터페놀-디(Terfenol-D)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 5축 절삭가공장치.

상기 회전 브라켓은,
일단부에 상기 A축 서보 모터가 결합되고 타단부에 상기 B축 서보 모터가 결합되며, 상기 B축 서보 모터에 의해 상기 B축 방향으로 회전하는 것을 특징으로 하는 5축 절삭가공장치.
- 제6항에 있어서,
상기 회전 브라켓은,
상기 타단부가 상기 일단부로부터 절곡된 형상을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 5축 절삭가공장치.

상기 지그는,
링 형상의 베이스 지그;
상기 베이스 지그의 내측에 삽입 결합되는 링 형상의 위크 지그; 및
상기 작업대상물을 상기 위크 지그 상에서 고정시키기 위한 클램핑 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 5축 절삭가공장치.
