Description
Claims (8)
- 혼합기의 연소력을 피스톤으로부터 전달받아 차량을 구동시키는 엔진에 장착되어 있으며 혼합기의 압축비를 변경하는 가변 압축비 장치에 있어서,양단을 포함하며, 그 일단은 상기 피스톤에 회전 가능하게 연결되어 혼합기의 연소력을 전달 받는 상부 커넥팅 로드;양단을 포함하며, 그 일단이 상기 상부 커넥팅 로드의 타단에 회전 가능하도록 연결되어 상기 상부 커넥팅 로드로부터 전달 받는 혼합기의 연소력에 의하여 회전하는 하부 커넥팅 로드;상기 하부 커넥팅 로드에 편심되어 회전 가능하게 장착되어 있는 크랭크 샤프트;양단을 포함하며, 그 일단이 상기 하부 커넥팅 로드의 타단에 회전 가능하게 연결되어 상기 하부 커넥팅 로드의 회전 궤적을 변경하는 제어 로드;상기 제어 로드의 타단에 편심되어 회전 가능하도록 연결되어 있으며 상기 제어 로드의 타단의 위치를 변경시키는 제어 샤프트; 그리고구동기로부터 동력을 입력 받아 상기 크랭크 샤프트와 상기 제어 샤프트의 위상을 변경시키는 유성기어세트;를 포함하되,상기 유성기어세트는 단순 유성기어세트이며, 상기 제어 샤프트에 연결되어 상기 제어 로드와 함께 회전하는 제1작동부재, 상기 크랭크 샤프트에 연결되어 상기 크랭크 샤프트를 회전시키는 제2작동부재, 그리고 상기 구동기에 연결되어 상기 제어 샤프트의 위상을 변화시키는 동력을 입력 받는 제3작동부재를 포함하는 가변 압축비 장치.

- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 크랭크 샤프트에는 크랭크 기어가 고정 부착되어 있으며, 상기 제2작동부재에는 상기 크랭크 기어와 기어 결합하는 컨트롤 기어가 고정 부착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 가변 압축비 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 구동기는 구동축을 포함하며, 상기 구동축에는 상기 제3작동부재와 연결되어 동력을 전달하는 동력 전달 수단이 장착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 가변 압축비 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 구동기는 상기 크랭크 샤프트의 회전속도와 상기 제어 샤프트의 회전 속도의 비가 1:1 또는 1:2가 되도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가변 압축비 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 유성기어세트는 선기어, 링기어, 그리고 유성 캐리어를 그 작동부재로포함하고,상기 제1작동부재는 상기 유성 캐리어이고, 상기 제2작동부재는 상기 링기어이고, 그리고 상기 제3작동부재는 상기 선기어인 것을 특징으로 하는 가변 압축비 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 하부 커넥팅 로드는 부채꼴 형상이며, 상기 하부 커넥팅 로드의 양단은 상기 부채꼴 호의 양단에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가변 압축비 장치.
