Abstract
Description
상기 언급된 플라스틱 몰딩은 플레이트 및 폴리프로필렌 수지, 폴리카보네이트 수지, 우레탄 수지, 폴리에스테르 수지, 폴리스티렌 수지, ABS 수지, 염화 비닐 수질, 폴리아미드 수지 등으로 만들어지는 다른 몰딩들이 있으며, 특히, 스포일러, 범퍼, 거울 커버, 그릴, 및 문고리 등의 자동차 부품이 언급될 수 있다. 바람직하게는 이러한 플라스틱 몰딩은 트리클로로에탄 증기를 이용하거나 또는 중성 세제를 이용하여 미리 세정되었다. 그것들은 정전 코팅을 가능하게 하기 위하여 프라이머 코팅이 수행될 수 있다,
본 발명에 따른 자동차용 수성 베이스 코팅 조성물은, 특정 함량 범위 내의 특정 구조를 갖는 아크릴 중합체 화합물을 포함하고, 그에 의해 적용 단계의 작업성을 저하시키지 않으면서도 증진된 광택성 및 착색성을 갖는 코팅 필름을 제공할 수 있다. 그 이유는, 확실하지는 않지만, 상술한 아크릴 중합체 화합물이 아마도 이어지는 적용 단계에 광학 간섭성 조각 색소를 순응시키기 위한 몇가지 효과를 가져오기 때문일 것이다.

Claims (5)
- 3 내지 50의 산가를 가지며 에스테르 부분이 하나 또는 두 개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 (메트)아크릴레이트 에스테르를 65 질량% 이상 포함하는 α,β-에틸렌 불포화 단량체 혼합물의 에멀전 중합반응에 의하여 수득된 에멀전 수지, 광학적 간섭성 조각 색소를 포함하는 착색 성분, 및 400,000 내지 1,500,000의 중량 평균 분자량을 가지며 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 아크릴 중합체 화합물을 포함하는 자동차용 수성 베이스 코팅 조성물:화학식 1상기 화학식 1에서, A 및 B는 동일하거나 다른 것으로서 각각은 라디칼 중합반응으로부터 유래된 분자 말단기, 이들의 가수분해로부터 유래된 말단기, 수소 원자 또는 히드록시기를 나타내고; M은 카르복실산기 또는 암모니아 또는 일차, 이차 또는 삼차 아민 화합물로 중성화된 카르복실산기를 나타내며; N은 카르복실산 기, 에스테르 부분이 하나 이상의 탄소 원자를 갖는 카르복실산 에스테르기, 또는 암모니아 또는 일차, 이차 또는 삼차 아민 화합물로 중성화된 카르복실산기를 나타내고; m/9가 n 이상이며, m은 1 이상의 정수이고 n은 0 이상의 정수이며; R은 수소 원자 또는 메틸기를 나타내며,상기 아크릴 중합체 화합물의 함량은 상기 코팅 조성물 중의 상기 수지의 고형분에 대하여 고형분으로 0.3 내지 4.0 질량%이다.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 분자당 평균 0.02 이상의 일차 히드록시기를 가지며 300 내지 3,000의 수 평균 분자량 및 2.0 이상의 내수가를 갖는 폴리에테르 폴리올을 포함하는 자동차용 수성 베이스 코팅 조성물.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에테르 폴리올은 분자당 하나 이상의 일차 히드록시기를 가지며 30 내지 700의 히드록시 가를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 수성 베이스 코팅 조성물.
- 수성 베이스 코팅 조성물을 도장될 물품에 적용하는 단계 및 상기 물품에 투명 코팅 조성물을 적용한 후 가열에 의하여 경화하는 단계를 포함하며, 상기 수성 베이스 코팅 조성물은 상기 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항의 자동차용 수성 베이스 코팅 조성물인 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 코팅 필름의 생성 방법.
- 상기 제 4 항의 다층 코팅 필름의 생성 방법에 의하여 생성된 코팅 필름을 갖는 도장된 물품.
