Claims (54)
- a) 멀라이트 내에 존재하는 원소들을 가지는 하나 이상의 전구체 화합물들의 혼합물을 형성하는 단계 (여기에서, 상기 전구체 화합물들 중 하나는 클레이임),b) 상기 혼합물을 다공성의 미경화 형태로 성형하는 단계,c) 단계 (b)의 다공성의 미경화 형태를, 불소 함유 기체를 가지는 대기 하에서, 화학 결합된 침상 멀라이트 그레인이 90% 이상 포함되는 멀라이트 조성물을 형성하는 온도로 가열하는 단계,d) 계속해서, 단계 (c)의 멀라이트 조성물을 수증기, 산소, 공기, 불활성 기체 또는 그것들의 혼합물로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 열 처리 대기 하에서 0.5 시간 이상 동안 950 ℃ 이상의 열 처리 온도로 가열하는 단계를 포함하는,침상 멀라이트 그레인의 적어도 일부 상에 분포된 유리질 상을 가지며, 상기 유리질 상에서 마그네슘 및 철의 결정질 석출물이 X-선 회절법에 의해 검출되지 않으며, 화학 결합된 침상 멀라이트 그레인이 90 % 이상 포함된 침상 멀라이트 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전구체 화합물이 클레이와, 알루미나, 실리카, 플루오로토파즈, 제올라이트, AlF3 및 그것들의 혼합물로부터 선택되는 또 다른 화합물인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 전구체 화합물이 클레이이고, 다른 전구체 화합물은 알루미나, 실리카, 플루오로토파즈, 제올라이트 및 그것들의 혼합물로부터 선택되는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전구체 화합물이 알루미나, 실리카 및 클레이인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 불소 함유 기체가 별도로 제공되는 SiF4 인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 열 처리 온도가 1000 ℃ 이상인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 열 처리 온도가 1050 ℃ 이상인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 열 처리 온도가 1100 ℃ 이상인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 열 처리 온도가 1200 ℃ 이상인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 열 처리 대기가 공기, 불활성 기체, 수증기 및 그것들의 혼합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 열 처리 대기가 공기 또는 질소인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 열 처리 시간이 2 시간 이상인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전구체가 2 이상 2.95 이하의 Al/Si 벌크 화학양론비를 가지는 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, Al/Si 벌크 화학양론비가 2.9 이하인 방법.
- 침상 멀라이트 그레인의 적어도 일부 상에 분포된 유리질 상을 가지며, 상기 유리질 상에서 마그네슘 및 철의 결정질 석출물이 X-선 회절법에 의해 검출되지 않으며, 화학 결합된 침상 멀라이트 그레인이 90 % 이상 포함되는, 제1항의 제조방법으로 제조된 멀라이트 조성물.
- 제15항에 있어서, 다공도가 55 % 내지 85 % 인 멀라이트 조성물.
- 제16항에 있어서, 다공도가 57 % 이상 내지 75 % 이하인 멀라이트 조성물.
- 제17항에 있어서, 공기 중에 2 시간 동안 800 ℃ 로 가열한 후의 유지 강도가 15 MPa 이상인 멀라이트 조성물.
- 제15항에 있어서, 불소의 양이 조성물의 0.5 중량% 이하인 멀라이트 조성물.
- 제19항에 있어서, 불소의 양이 0.1 % 이하인 멀라이트 조성물.
- 제15항 내지 제20항 중 어느 한 항의 멀라이트 조성물을 포함하는 디젤 미립자 트랩.
- 제21항에 있어서, 멀라이트 조성물이 그 위에 촉매를 가지는 것인 디젤 미립자 트랩.
