Description
Claims (13)
- 입구(3)와 출구(4)를 구비한 압축기(2); 이 압축기(2)의 출구(4)를 사용자 네트워크(6)에 연결하는 압축 공기 라인(5); 각각 입구(14)와 출구(15)를 구비하며 건조제 또는 건조용 약품으로 채워진 2개 이상의 공기 수용기(13, 16)를 포함하고 상기 압축 공기 라인(5)에 통합되는 건조기(7)로서, 상기 공기 수용기(13, 16)는 번갈아 작동하여 하나의 공기 수용기(16)가 압축 가스를 건조시키는 동안 다른 하나의 공기 수용기(13)는 압축된 가스에 포함된 열을 이용하여 재생되는 것인 건조기(7); 및 압축기(2)가 무부하 또는 부분 부하로 작동하는 경우 압축기에 의해 압축된 가스의 적어도 일부를 분출시키는 분출 장치(28)를 포함하며, 상기 분출 장치(28)를 통해 분출되는 상기 압축된 가스의 적어도 일부가 분출 장치(28)를 통하여 대기로 분출되기 이전에, 압축기로부터 나온 압축된 가스의 전체 비냉각 출력이 먼저 재생용 상기 공기 수용기(13)를 통과하여 재생용 상기 공기 수용기(13)를 재생하도록 안내되도록 하는 안내 수단이 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 안내 수단은 상기 공기 수용기(13, 16)의 입구들(14, 17) 사이에 하나 또는 여러 개의 연결용 파이프(21, 23, 25)를 포함하며, 상기 분출 장치(28)는 상기 연결용 파이프들 중 하나에 연결되는 분기부 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 해당 제1 연결용 파이프(21)에는 2개의 정지 코크(22)가 마련되며, 상기 2개의 정지 코크(22) 사이의 분출 장치(28)는 제1 연결용 파이프(21) 와 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 적어도 제2 연결용 파이프(23)에는 반대로 작동하는 2개의 역류 방지 밸브(24)가 마련되고, 제1 연결용 파이프(21)와 제2 연결용 파이프(23)가 쿨러(27)에 의해 가교되며, 이 쿨러는 흡입부가 제2 연결용 파이프(23)의 역류 방지 밸브(24) 사이에 연결되고 출력부가 제1 연결용 파이프(21)의 정지 코크(22) 사이에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기 장치.
- 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 상기 분출 장치(28)에는 정지 코크(29)가 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 2개의 정지 코크(26)를 구비한 제3 연결용 파이프(25)를 포함하며, 상기 분출 장치(28)는 분출 장치(28)의 상기 정지 코크(29)에 대해 하류에서 제3 연결용 파이프와 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 분출 장치(28)는 대기로 개방되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기 장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 분출 장치(28)에는 소음기(30)가 마련되는 것을 특징 으로 하는 압축기 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 압축기(2)의 입구(3)는 적어도 압축기(2)가 무부하로 작동하는 경우에 작동할 수 있는 스로틀 밸브를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기 장치.
