Claims (6)
- 용탕 충전을 유동해석하는 방법에 있어서,주조제품의 형상을 입력하고, 메쉬를 생성하며, 유동 해석을 위한 계산 조건을 입력하는 단계와;상기 입력된 조건하에 속도장과 압력장을 계산하는 단계와;상기 계산된 속도장과 압력장을 이용하여, 쿠란트 수에 의해 결정된 용탕 전달량을 소정 횟수로 나누어 전진시키는 단계와;상기 전진에 의해 용탕 충전이 완료되었는지 판단하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용탕의 충전해석 개선방법.
- 제1 항에 있어서, 상기 계산 조건으로 쿠란트 수 0.75와 용탕의 재질과 온도, 주형의 재질 및 용탕 주입 조건을 입력하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용탕의 충전해석 개선방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,판단 결과, 충전이 완료되지 않은 경우, 충전이 완료될 때까지 상기 계산하는 단계와, 상기 전진시키는 단계를 반복 수행하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용탕의 충전해석 개선방법.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 소정 횟수는 2~3회 인 것을 특징으로 하는 용탕의 충전해석 개선방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항의 용탕의 충전해석 개선방법을 수행하는 프로그램을 기록한 기록매체.
