Claims (7)
- 원통형 건조로의 벽면에 가열이 이루어지며, 그 내부에 위치한 날개의 회전에 의해 피건조물을 회전 상승시키면서 건조를 실시하는 회전형 건조장치에 있어서; 배기송풍기와; 상기 건조로의 상부에 형성된 배기구와 상기 배기송풍기를 연통시키는 배기관로와; 상기 배기관로의 중단에 마련되는 열교환기가 추가 구성되되;상기 배기구 내측에는 상기 날개의 회전방향에 대하여 역방향으로 개구된 에어가이드가 연장 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 회전형 건조장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 열교환기는 직립 설치되어, 그 하측으로 냉각수 입구가 형성되고, 그 상측으로 냉각수 출구가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전형 건조장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 배기관로의 중단 내부에는 물 또는 에어를 분사하는 스프레이 노즐이 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전형 건조장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 열교환기의 하측에는 응축수 저수조가 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전형 건조장치.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 건조로 상부 내벽면에는 막대형상의 스토퍼가 직립 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전형 건조장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 건조로의 바닥면에는 이물질 수거용 이물질 제거바가 마련된 것을 특징으로 하는 회전형 건조장치.
