- 삭제
- 수직한 중공의 원기둥 형상으로 이루어져 상하 측면에 각각 투입구 및 배출구가 형성되어 쓰레기의 투입 및 배출이 가능한 몸체부와; 상기 몸체부의 외주면 중단을 감싸며, 상하 측면에 급기구 및 배기구가 형성되어 고온가스가 유통되는 가열부와; 상기 몸체부 내부 중앙에 수직하게 배설되어 모터에 의하여 회전하는 회전축과; 상기 회전축에 고정되어 상기 몸체부 내부의 쓰레기에 원심력을 작용시켜 상기 몸체부 내벽에 밀착시키는 동시에 상승시키는 나선형 날개와; 상기 몸체부의 상측 내부 모서리에 원추형으로 마련되어 상기 몸체부 내벽을 타고 올라오는 쓰레기를 중앙으로 낙하시키는 낙하안내판으로 구성되되;상기 날개는 그 폭이 반경의 6~7%에 해당하며 각각 120도의 위상각을 갖고 3개가 한 조를 이루어 상기 회전축의 동일 높이 상에 일체로 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전형 쓰레기 건조장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 날개는 3개가 한 조를 이루어 상기 회전축 상하에 2조 이상 축설되는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전형 쓰레기 건조장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 날개의 선단에는 칼날이 추가로 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전형 쓰레기 건조장치.
- 수직한 중공의 원기둥 형상으로 이루어져 상하 측면에 각각 투입구 및 배출구가 형성되어 쓰레기의 투입 및 배출이 가능한 몸체부와; 상기 몸체부의 외주면 중단을 감싸며, 상하 측면에 급기구 및 배기구가 형성되어 고온가스가 유통되는 가열부와; 상기 몸체부 내부 중앙에 수직하게 배설되어 모터에 의하여 회전하는 회전축과; 상기 회전축에 고정되어 상기 몸체부 내부의 쓰레기에 원심력을 작용시켜 상기 몸체부 내벽에 밀착시키는 동시에 상승시키는 나선형 날개와; 상기 몸체부의 상측 내부 모서리에 원추형으로 마련되어 상기 몸체부 내벽을 타고 올라오는 쓰레기를 중앙으로 낙하시키는 낙하안내판으로 구성되되;상기 회전축은 상하로 상부축 및 하부축으로 이분 형성되며, 상기 상부축과 하부축은 각각 플랜지가 형성되어 체결수단에 의하여 상호 체결됨으로써, 상기 회전축의 손상 이전 상기 체결수단이 먼저 파단되는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전형 쓰레기 건조장치.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 상부축의 플랜지 하단에는 키홈이 성형된 연장축이 돌출 형성되고, 상기 하부축의 상단 내부에는 상기 키홈에 대응하는 키가 형성되어 상기 연장축을 소정 깊이로 수용하는 홈이 절입 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전형 쓰레기 건조장치.

- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 날개는 4조가 상기 회전축에 축설되되, 최하단의 한 조는 날개면의 경사각은 19도이며 그 길이는 회전축의 중심으로부터 120도로 형성되고, 나머지 세 조의 날개는 각각 40도의 위상각을 갖아 상기 회전축 상하에 축설되는 동시에 날개면의 경사각은 19도이며 그 길이는 회전축의 중심으로부터 60도로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전형 쓰레기 건조장치.
