Claims (4)
- 고정원통 내에서 회전하는 회전원통이 설치되고, 상기 회전원통의 외부에 외부스크루가 형성되며, 외부스크루가 끝나는 회전원통의 끝 부분에는 회전원통의 내외 부로 관통되는 낙하구가 형성되며, 회전원통 내측에는 외부스크루와 반대 방향을 갖는 내부스크루가 설치되어 유입된 쓰레기가 회전원통 내에서 외부스크루와 반대로 이송되고 이송 종단 부에 형성된 배출구를 통하여 배출되며, 최종 배출구 측에 위치한 회전원통의 개방 구를 통하여 제공된 열풍에 의해 투입된 쓰레기가 연속적으로 건조 배출되도록 구성되고, 상기한 고정원통은 2개 이상으로 분리 구성되고, 회전원통은 각 고정원통을 관통하여 연속되며, 회전원통의 양단 및 각 고정원통의 연결부에서 노출되는 부위가 롤베어링에 의해 지지되며, 일측 고정원통에 속하는 외부스크루의 종단과 타측 고정원통에 속하는 외부스크루의 시단(始端)이 회전원통 내부에 형성된 연결통로에 의해 연결되도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 쓰레기의 쓰레기 건조처리장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 회전원통의 양단 지지부 및 각 고정원통의 연결부에 형성된 지지부에 구동장치가 결합된 것을 특징으로 하는 쓰레기의 쓰레기 건조처리장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 내외부 스크루에 일정간격으로 설치된 체인으로 이루어지는 쓰레기 고착방지장치가 결합된 것을 특징으로 하는 쓰레기의 쓰레기 건조처리장치.
- 제1항,제2항 또는 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 외부스크루에는 스크루의 진행 방향 날개면에 일정간격으로 회전 유도판이 돌출 설치되고, 내부 스크류에는 일정간격으로 격판이 형성되며, 상기 회전유도판 및 격판에는 체인이 부착된 구조의 쓰레기 고착방지장치가 결합된 것을 특징으로 하는 쓰레기 건조처리장치.
