Claims (4)
- 상하방향으로 적층된 복수의 열교환유닛을 포함하고, 각 열교환유닛은 상부 플레이트 및 하부 플레이트가 상호 결합됨으로써 형성되며, 상기 각 열교환유닛은 그 내부에 제1유체가 유동하는 제1유동채널을 가지며, 상기 복수의 열교환유닛들 사이에는 제2유체가 유동하는 제2유동채널이 형성되며,상기 각 열교환유닛은 그 양측에 이격된 유입통로 및 유출통로를 가지고,상기 상부 플레이트의 유입통로 및 유출통로 주변과 상기 하부 플레이트의 유입통로 및 유출통로 주변에는 유체의 흐름방향을 2 이상으로 유도하는 구조를 가지며,상기 상부 플레이트는 상기 유입통로 및 유출통로의 상부에서 돌출된 상부 플랜지를 가지며, 상기 하부 플레이트는 상기 유입통로 및 유출통로의 하부에서 돌출된 하부 플랜지를 가지고, 상기 상부 플레이트 및 하부 플레이트의 서로 마주보는 면에는 상부 유동홈 및 하부 유동홈이 서로 교차하게 형성됨으로써 제1유동채널을 구성하며,상기 상부 플레이트의 상부 플랜지 주변에는 상부 보조홈이 형성되고, 상기 상부 보조홈은 상기 상부 유동홈과 교차하게 형성되며,상기 하부 플레이트의 하부플랜지 주변에는 하부 보조홈이 형성되고, 상기 하부 보조홈은 상기 하부 유동홈과 교차하게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 플레이트 열교환기.

- 제1항에 있어서,상기 상부 플레이트의 상면에는 하나 이상의 상부 이격돌기가 형성되고, 상기 하부 플레이트의 저면에는 하나 이상의 하부 이격돌기가 형성되며,상기 상부 이격돌기 및 하부 이격돌기는 서로 접촉하고, 상기 상부 이격돌기 및 하부 이격돌기의 접촉면에는 관통공이 형성됨으로써 복수의 열교환유닛들은 그 각각의 제1유동채널들이 서로 소통하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플레이트 열교환기.
