本发明涉及一种换热板片,除了有模压成相互垂直且不交叉的凹、凸半圆槽及对边折弯结构,在无凹、凸槽的区域增设了对称的类似蛇形的不等宽凹槽,类似蛇形不等宽凹槽分别对称分布在凹、凸半圆槽的两侧(或两端),使整个换热板片无槽区域的面积极小。制作结果表明,具有凹、凸半圆槽及对称类似蛇形不等宽凹槽的换热板片制作成的冷却芯体,厚度为原来的三分之二,流道的强度及刚性优于原先板片厚度的同规格冷却芯体;并且试验的结果表明,由于增设了对称类似蛇形不等宽凹槽,相同规格的冷却芯体换热功率提升了10%。

一种换热板片
技术领域
本发明属于冷却设备领域,具体是涉及一种换热板片。
背景技术
本公司原有的风力发电机机舱用板式冷却器产品(ZL2009100986880),其芯体由薄板型的换热板片组成,换热板片上有模压成相互垂直且不交叉的凹凸槽,换热板片的一组对边制成雄扣子后再折弯,使雄扣子与同面的凸槽底部在同一平面,换热板片的另一组对边反方向制成雌扣子后也折弯,使雌扣子与雄扣子的配合口与同面的凸槽底部在同一平面;若干组扣压好的换热板片制得冷却器芯体。凹槽及凸槽增加了换热板片的强度,但换热板片的无槽区面积大,因此换热板片的整体强度及刚性还不够,由较薄换热板片组成芯体的流道容易变形,必须增加厚度才能满足冷却器芯体对于换热板片强度及刚性的要求。
发明内容
本发明目的是针对上述产品的不足,对换热板片上的空气对流槽结构进行改进,满足其重量轻、成本低、强度及刚性好、换热效率高的要求。
本发明所述的换热板片,除了有模压成相互垂直且不交叉的凹、凸半圆槽(凹槽和凸槽为长槽结构,两者的形状尺寸一致)及对边折弯结构,在无凹、凸槽的区域增设了对称的类似蛇形的不等宽凹槽,类似蛇形不等宽凹槽分别对称分布在凹、凸半圆槽的两侧(或两端),使整个换热板片无槽区域的面积极小,类似蛇形不等宽凹槽为单面凹结构,宽度不等,深度不同。
增设类似蛇形不等宽凹槽后,换热板片的结构强度及刚性得到很大的提高;空气流经由该换热板片制得的冷却芯体流道,在类似蛇形不等宽凹槽处产生紊流及扰流,增加了换热效果。
制作结果表明,具有凹、凸半圆槽及对称类似蛇形不等宽凹槽的换热板片制作成的冷却芯体,厚度为原来的三分之二,流道的强度及刚性优于原先板片厚度的同规格冷却芯体;并且试验的结果表明,由于增设了对称类似蛇形不等宽凹槽,相同规格的冷却芯体换热功率提升了10%。

具体实施方式
如图所示,本发明所述的一种换热板片,板片上具有凹、凸半圆槽4、3和对称的类似蛇形不等宽凹槽1、2,由剪切成统一尺寸的铝薄板,通过一次模具压伸,两次对边折弯形成。凹、凸半圆槽和对称类似蛇形不等宽凹槽通过模具的拉伸机构实现,其深度可根据设计的要求通过调整模具实现。凹半圆槽4和凸半圆槽3为长槽结构,相互垂直且不交叉,两者的形状尺寸一致;类似蛇形不等宽凹槽为单面凹结构,该凹槽的宽度不等,深度也不同,其宽度一般为2mm-5cm不等宽,深度一般为铝薄板厚度的1-10倍,类似蛇形对称排列在凹、凸半圆槽的两侧。换热板片的一组对边制有雄扣子,另一组对边反方向制有雌扣子。不同换热板片的雌、雄扣子依次推插相扣,根据要求的片数制得冷却器芯体。

Claims (2)

1.一种换热板片,具有模压成相互垂直且不交叉的凹、凸半圆槽(4、3)及对边折弯成扣的结构,其特征在于该换热板片的无凹、凸槽区域增设了对称的蛇形的不等宽凹槽(1、2),蛇形的不等宽凹槽(1、2)深度不同,蛇形不等宽凹槽分别对称分布在凹、凸半圆槽的两侧或两端。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种换热板片,其特征在于蛇形不等宽凹槽(1、2)为单面凹结构,该凹槽的宽度不等,深度不同,其宽度为2mm-5cm不等宽,深度为铝薄板厚度的1-10倍。
