本发明涉及一种风力发电机机舱用板式冷却器,它包括由薄板组成的芯体、边框和侧壁,薄板上有模压成相互垂直且不交叉的凹、凸槽,薄板的一组对边制成雄扣子后再折弯使雄扣子与同面的凸槽底部在同一平面,薄板的另一组对边反方向制成雌扣子后也折弯,使雌扣子与雄扣子的配合口与同面的凸槽底部在同一平面;若干组扣压好的薄板制得冷却器芯体,冷却器芯体再与边框接合在一起,并用密封剂浇注接合空隙,使边框两边的气体隔绝。冷却器的两侧壁用螺钉固定在边框的端头上,侧壁与边框结合处及与冷却器芯体侧面贴合处都用树脂密封剂密封,确保密封可靠、免维护。具有安装方便、换热效率高且重量轻,成本低,无交叉污染,密封性能好等特点。

Description

一种风力发电机机舱用板式冷却器
技术领域
本发明涉及冷却器,特别是一种用于风力发电机机舱冷却器的结构新设计。
背景技术
传统的板式冷却器由许多相互接触的波形或凹凸形金属板组成,每块板都有4个开口作为流体交换的进出口,每块板的四周有凹槽用来安置模制密封垫片,冷却器的密封性依靠框架组件的紧固实现。两种流体流经相邻板片所构成的流道时进行热量交换,从而达到换热的目的。此种冷却器采用了框架夹紧装置,不易根据负荷变化大范围调整冷却器的容量。由于采用橡胶密封件密封结构,与空气接触日久会发生老化而影响密封性,致使换热效率低。由于橡胶密封件易老化,有维修周期,使用也不方便。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供具有易安装,免维护,换热效率高的风力发电机机舱用冷却器。
本发明所述的风力发电机机舱用冷却器包括由薄板组成的芯体、边框和侧壁,薄板上有模压成相互垂直且不交叉的凹、凸槽,使薄板旋转90°后其上的槽正好与另一薄板片上的槽形成背靠背或背对背,薄板间形成流道;薄板的一组对边制成雄扣子后再折弯,使雄扣子与同面的凸槽底部在同一平面,薄板的另一组对边反方向制成雌扣子后也折弯,使雌扣子与雄扣子的配合口与同面的凸槽底部在同一平面;依次将每个制作好的薄板的雄扣子与雌扣子,采用推插的方法扣在一起为一组,然后再用专用工具将插扣滚压加工,使雌、雄扣子的联接缝隙闭合,用密封剂将滚压后的扣子缝隙进一步封装,使扣子完全密封,雌、雄扣子扣在一起后使薄板之间的距离正好为要求的设计间隙;若干组扣压好的薄板制得冷却器芯体,冷却器芯体再与边框接合在一起,并用密封剂浇注接合空隙,制得冷却器。
由于相临薄板间均旋转90°后进行联接,构成的相临通道均成90°,这样就构成了具有交错通道的风力发电机机舱用冷却器的芯体。冷热气体分别通过垂直90°的通道时进行热交换,使冷的气体变热,热的气体变冷。采用扣、压及密封剂封装结构密封效果好,可靠性高,免维护,使相邻通道的两路气体不会产生混合。由于用薄板制成的芯体间距精确,制得的冷却器的外形尺寸一样,有利于根据需要可制造多个冷却器单元,进行串联或并联;高强度铝合金型材作为风力发电机机舱用冷却器的边框,分别将冷却器芯体交错通道处的四个边角与边框接合在一起,然后用密封剂浇注密封,使边框两边的气体隔绝,风力发电机机舱用冷却器的机械强度也大大增强。两侧壁用螺钉固定在边框的端头上,侧壁与边框结合处及与冷却器芯体侧面贴合处都用密封剂密封,确保可靠性、免维护。具有安装方便、换热效率高且重量轻,成本低,无交叉污染,密封性能好等特点。

具体实施方式
如附图所示,本发明所述的风力发电机机舱用冷却器包括由薄板2组成的芯体、边框1和侧壁3,薄板2上有模压成相互垂直且不交叉、又分布对称的凹、凸槽6,槽的形状一般为短半圆槽,将薄板旋转90°后的凹、凸槽正好与另一薄板片上的槽形成背靠背或背对背,薄板间形成流道;薄板的一组对边制成雄扣子5后再折弯,一般弯成45°,使雄扣子与同面的凸槽底部在同一平面,薄板的另一组对边反方向制成雌扣子4后也折弯,使雌扣子与雄扣子的配合口与同面的凸槽底部在同一平面;薄板的材料以铝材为好,可减轻冷却器整体重量。如图1所示,依次将每个模制好的薄板扣在一起再将扣合处滚压加工,连成一个整体,然后用树脂密封剂将滚压缝隙封装,构成具有交错通道的风力发电机机舱用冷却器的芯体;用高强度铝合金型材作为风力发电机机舱用冷却器的边框1,分别将冷却器芯体交错通道处的四个边角与边框接合在一起,然后用树脂密封剂浇注接缝密封,使边框两边的气体隔绝,风力发电机机舱用冷却器的机械强度也大大增强。冷却器的两侧壁3用螺钉固定在边框的端头上,侧壁与边框结合处及与冷却器芯体侧面贴合处都用树脂密封剂密封。
由于薄板间距精确,因此制得的冷却器的外形尺寸一样,有利于根据需要可制造多个冷却器单元,进行串联或并联,组合成不同冷却容量的风力发电机机舱用冷却器,一般冷却容量的由80片薄板组成冷却器芯体。

Claims (2)

1.一种风力发电机机舱用板式冷却器,包括由薄板组成的芯体、边框(1)和侧壁(3),薄板(2)上有凹、凸槽,其特征在于该薄板(2)上的凹、凸槽(6)相互垂直且不交叉,薄板(2)的一组对边制成雄扣子(5)后再折弯,使雄扣子与同面的凸槽底部在同一平面,薄板的另一组对边反方向制成雌扣子(4)后也折弯,使雌扣子与雄扣子的配合口与同面的凸槽底部在同一平面;雌、雄扣子插扣在一起,扣合处经滚压加工,连成一组,若干组扣压好的薄板制得冷却器芯体,冷却器芯体再与边框(1)接合在一起,并用密封剂浇注接缝。
2.如权利要求1所述的风力发电机机舱用板式冷却器,其特征在于所述的密封剂为树脂密封剂。
