Claims (6)
- a) 아닐린 및 포름알데히드를 산 촉매의 존재 하에 반응시켜 폴리아민-함유 혼합물을 형성하고,b) 폴리아민-함유 혼합물을 알칼리 금속 수산화물, 알칼리 토금속 수산화물, 또는 알칼리 금속 수산화물 또는 알칼리 토금속 수산화물의 수용액으로부터 선택된 염기로 중화시키고,c) 중화된 혼합물을 수용액 상 및 유기 상으로 분리하고,d) 알칼리 금속 수산화물, 알칼리 토금속 수산화물, 또는 알칼리 금속 수산화물 또는 알칼리 토금속 수산화물의 수용액으로부터 선택된 염기를 유기 상에 첨가하는 것을 포함하는 디페닐 메탄 계열의 폴리아민의 제조 방법.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, NaOH 수용액을 염기로서 사용하는 방법.
- a) 아닐린 및 포름알데히드를 산 촉매의 존재 하에 반응시켜 폴리아민-함유 혼합물을 형성하고,b) 폴리아민-함유 혼합물을 알칼리 금속 수산화물, 알칼리 토금속 수산화물, 또는 알칼리 금속 수산화물 또는 알칼리 토금속 수산화물의 수용액으로부터 선택된 염기로 중화시키고,c) 중화된 혼합물을 수용액 상 및 유기 상으로 분리하고,d) 알칼리 금속 수산화물, 알칼리 토금속 수산화물, 또는 알칼리 금속 수산화물 또는 알칼리 토금속 수산화물의 수용액으로부터 선택된 염기를 유기 상에 첨가하고, 폴리아민을 분리하고,e) 폴리아민을 포스겐화시켜 폴리이소시아네이트를 생성하는 것을 포함하는 디페닐 메탄 계열의 폴리이소시아네이트의 제조 방법.
