- 레이저를 이용하여 가공물을 가공하는 가공장치에 있어서,레이저를 발생시키는 레이저발생장치와;상기 레이저발생장치로부터 발생되는 레이저의 단속 여부를 결정하는 고속광스위치와;가공물에 조사되는 레이저 광의 첨두 출력을 조절하는 가변형 광스플리터와;상기 고속광스위치가 오프일 경우에 회절이 일어나지 않게 되어 해당 레이저 광을 반사부의 반사에 의해 버리기 위한 워터쿨링덤퍼;를 포함하여 구성되되, 상기 고속광스위치가 온일 경우에 회절이 일어나며, 회절이 일어난 레이저 광을 반사부의 반사를 거치게 하여 상기 가공물을 가공하는 것을 특징으로 하되,상기 가변형 광스플리터를 통해 레이저 장치 간의 출력 편차(Laser to Laser Power Deviation)와 피크출력 컨트롤(Control Peak Power)이 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 음향광학소자의 1차 회절을 이용하여 레이저 출력을 안정화시킨 가공장치.
