Claims (1)
- 아연도금강판(4)의 폭을 벗어나 위치하는 에어나이프의 에어분사 측에 각각 설치되는 배플 플레이트(2)와, 상기 배플 플레이트(2)에 연결되어 설치되는 배플 플레이트 지지대(7)와, 상기 배플 플레이트 지지대(7)를 구동시키는 전후 이송모터(6)와, 상기 배플 플레이트 지지대(7)의 상부에 설치되어 상기 아연도금강판(4)과 배플 플레이트(2) 사이의 거리를 유지시키는 터치롤(5)과, 상기 아연도금강판(4)의 에지부와의 거리를 측정할 수 있도록 상기 아연도금강판(4)의 폭방향으로 설치된 복수개의 거리측정센서(3)와, 상기 거리측정센서(3)와 접속되는 신호처리부(9) 및, 상기 거리측정센서(3)의 측정결과에 따라 상기 전후 이송모터(6)의 구동을 제어하도록 상기 신호처리부(9)와 접속되는 배플 플레이트 구동제어부(8)로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 에어나이프용 배플 플레이트 자동정렬장치.
