Claims (12)
- 3,000 내지 8,000 범위의 중합도를 갖는 고분자량 폴리비닐알코올 및 1,000 내지 3,000 범위의 중합도를 갖는 저분자량 폴리비닐알코올이 블렌딩된 것으로서 비누화도가 90% 이상인, 폴리비닐알코올(PVA)계 중합체 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,평균 중합도가 1,700 내지 7,000인 폴리비닐알코올계 중합체 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,고분자량 폴리비닐알코올이 20 내지 80중량%의 양으로 존재하고, 저분자량 폴리비닐알코올이 20 내지 80중량%의 양으로 존재하는, 폴리비닐알코올계 중합체 필름.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,고분자량 폴리비닐알코올이 50 내지 80중량%의 양으로 존재하고, 저분자량 폴리비닐알코올이 20 내지 50중량%의 양으로 존재하는, 폴리비닐알코올계 중합체 필름.
- 3,000 내지 8,000 범위의 중합도를 갖는 고분자량 폴리비닐알코올 및 1,000 내지 3,000 범위의 중합도를 갖는 저분자량 폴리비닐알코올의 블렌드를 포함하는 폴리비닐알코올계 중합체 용액을 압출 및 용액 캐스팅하여 비누화도가 90% 이상인 막을 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 폴리비닐알코올계 중합체 필름의 제조 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,폴리비닐알코올의 블렌드가 고분자량 폴리비닐알코올 20 내지 80중량% 및 저분자량 폴리비닐알코올 20 내지 80중량%를 포함하는, 폴리비닐알코올계 중합체 필름의 제조 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,폴리비닐알코올계 중합체 용액이, 상기 폴리비닐알코올의 블렌드를 용매, 가소제 및 계면활성제와 혼합하여 얻어진 것인, 폴리비닐알코올계 중합체 필름의 제조 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,가소제 및 계면활성제를 50 내지 150℃의 온도 범위에서 상기 폴리비닐알코올계 용액에 첨가하는, 폴리비닐알코올계 중합체 필름의 제조 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,용매가 다이메틸설폭사이드, 다이메틸포름아마이드, 물, 테트라에틸렌글라이콜, 다이에틸트라이아민 또는 이들의 혼합 용매를 포함하는, 폴리비닐알코올계 중합체 필름의 제조 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,가소제가 글리세린, 에틸렌 글라이콜, 폴리에틸렌 글라이콜 또는 이들의 혼합물을 포함하는 다가 알코올이고, 상기 폴리비닐알코올계 중합체 필름 100중량부에 대하여 5 내지 20중량부로 존재하는, 폴리비닐알코올계 중합체 필름의 제조 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,계면활성제가 라우린산칼륨 오틸설페이트, 도데실벤젠설페이트 또는 이들의 혼합물을 포함하는 음이온성 계면활성제 또는 비이온성 계면활성제이고, 상기 폴리비닐알코올계 중합체 필름 100 중량부에 대하여 0.01 내지 1중량부로 존재하는, 폴리비닐알코올계 중합체 필름의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 폴리비닐알코올계 중합체 필름을 염착 및 연신 공정을 사용하여 제조하는 것을 포함하는 편광 필름의 제조 방법.
