Claims (22)
- 배기 가스 처리 장치의 제조 방법으로서,a) 각 인서트의 둘레에서 압력을 가하여 각 인서트를 미리 정해놓은 만큼 안쪽으로 변형시키는 단계;b) 이러한 변형의 결과값으로부터, 희망 압력을 달성하는데 필요한 각 인서트의 희망 변형을 결정하는 단계; 및c) 외부 하우징(14)에 인서트를 끼워 넣는 단계를 포함하고, 외부 하우징의 내부 치수는 희망 변형의 결과로서 얻어지는 인서트의 외부 치수(D)에 상응하며,d) 각 인서트는 그 둘레에서 안쪽으로 작용하는 소정의 압력을 받고, 적어도 소정의 압력에 도달하였을 때에 인서트의 탄성 변형이 측정된다는 점에 의거하여 희망 변형을 결정하며, 가해지는 소정의 압력은 희망 압력보다 낮고, 희망 변형은 소정 압력의 인가시의 변형으로부터 외삽법으로 추정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 가스 처리 장치의 제조 방법.
- 배기 가스 처리 장치의 제조 방법으로서,a) 각 인서트의 둘레에서 압력을 가하여 각 인서트를 미리 정해놓은 만큼 안쪽으로 변형시키는 단계;b) 이러한 변형의 결과값으로부터, 희망 압력을 달성하는데 필요한 각 인서트의 희망 변형을 결정하는 단계; 및c) 외부 하우징(14)에 인서트를 끼워 넣는 단계를 포함하고, 외부 하우징의 내부 치수는 희망 변형의 결과로서 얻어지는 인서트의 외부 치수(D)에 상응하며,d) 안쪽으로 작용하는 압력을 가하여 인서트에 소정의 변형을 일으키고, 소정의 변형을 달성하는데 필요한 압력이 인서트에서 측정된다는 점에 의거하여 희망 변형을 결정하며, 가해지는 소정의 압력은 희망 압력보다 낮고, 소정의 변형시에 가해지는 압력으로부터 희망 변형을 외삽법으로 추정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 가스 처리 장치의 제조 방법.
