Claims (4)
- 상부 하우징(10)과 하부 하우징(11) 내에 설치되는 푸시 버튼(12), 액추에이터(13), 샤프트(14), 스프링(15), 가동단자(16) 및 고정단자(17)를 포함하며, 상기 푸시 버튼(12)의 누름작동에 따라 액추에이터(13)의 작동으로 샤프트(14) 및 가동단자(16)가 간헐 회전작동하면서 고정단자(17)와 접점을 이루어 ON/OFF 작동하도록 되어 있는 로터리형 푸시 스위치에 있어서,상기 가동단자(16)는 샤프트(14)의 하단부에 형성된 단자 지지체(23) 사이에에 지지되는 몸체부(18)와, 상기 몸체부(18)로부터 원주방향을 따라 연장되면서 일정간격을 유지하는 복수의 단자부(19)로 구성되고, 상기 단자부(19)는 하방으로 일정각도 꺽인 띠편 형태로 이루어져 텐션을 이용하여 고정단자측과 접촉하면서 접점을 이루고,상기 몸체부(18)는 단자부(19)가 연장되는 시작 지점으로 상기 단자 지지체(23)에 지지되는 면에 홀(24)이 형성되고, 샤프트 성형시 인서트되어 샤프트와 일체형으로 사출 성형된 형태로 이루어진 것으로,상기 고정단자(17)는 가운데 입력측 단자(20)의 양옆에 출력측 단자(21)가 배치되는 형태의 전기적 패턴을 갖고 있으며, 상기 전기적 패턴이 PCB 기판 형태로 이루어지고, 상기 PCB 기판에는 도금층이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 로터리형 푸시 스위치.

- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 가동단자(16)의 단자부(19)는 90°각격으로 배치되는 4개로 이루어져 고정단자(17)측과의 4접점 형식으로 접점시 2개의 단자가 동일 접점을 이룸으로써, 1개의 접점이 기능을 상실해도 전기적 성능을 유지할 수 있도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 로터리형 푸시 스위치.
