Claims (8)
- 하기 (i), (ii) 및 (iii)의 층 구조를 갖는 복합 부재의 제조 방법으로서,(i) 2 내지 20 mm의 금속, 플라스틱 또는 나무,(ii) 10 내지 300 mm의 플라스틱, 및(iii) 2 내지 20 mm의 금속, 플라스틱 또는 나무,여기서, (ii)의 제조를 위한 출발 물질은 액체 상태로, 적어도 2 단계로, (i)과 (iii) 사이의 공간에 도입되고, 최종 충전 공정에서 충전되어야 할 공간은 0.1 내지 1.5 m3의 부피를 가지며, 충전되어야 할 공간의 높이는 25 mm 미만이고, 층 (i) 및 (iii)은 수평으로 정렬되며, 각각의 경우에서 수평면으로부터 0.0° 내지 0.5° 미만의 편차를 가지는 것인 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 각각의 충전 공정에서, (ii)의 제조를 위한 액체 출발 성분이 0.1 내지 1.5 m3 도입되며, 각각의 충전 공정의 충전 높이는 25 mm 미만인 것인 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 충전 조업 이후, 두 충전 공정의 액체 출발 성분이 서로와 혼합될 수 없을 정도로, 출발 성분이 반응하여 플라스틱 (ii)을 생성할 때까지, 이후의 충전 공정이 수행되지 않는 것인 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 충전되어야 할 공간이 0.5 내지 4 m의 폭, 1 내지 12 m의 길이 및 20 내지 150 mm의 높이, 즉, 층 (i)과 (iii) 사이의 거리를 가지는 것인 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, (ii)가 출발 물질인 (a) 이소시아네이트와 (b) 이소시아네이트에 반응하는 화합물을 반응시켜 얻을 수 있는 폴리이소시아네이트 중부가물(polyadduct)을 포함하는 것인 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 하나의 항에 따른 제조 방법에 의해 얻을 수 있는 복합 부재.
- 제6항에 따른 복합 부재를 포함하는 선박 또는 구조물.
