Claims (6)
- 터빈 임펠러를 일단에 가지는 터빈 축과, 터빈 축의 타단에 연결된 컴프레서 임펠러와, 터빈 축이 관통하는 원통형 베어링 홀을 가지는 베어링 하우징과, 터빈 임펠러를 둘러싸고 베어링 하우징에 연결된 터빈 하우징과, 컴프레서 임펠러를 둘러싸고 베어링 하우징에 연결된 컴프레서 하우징과, 터빈 축에 고정되고 터빈 축과 함께 회전하는 모터 로터와, 모터 로터를 둘러싸고 베어링 하우징 내부에 고정된 모터 스테이터를 구비한 전동 과급기의 베어링 구조로서,외주면이 상기 베어링 하우징의 베어링 홀에 틈을 가지고 끼워지고 내주면에서 터빈 축을 회전가능하게 지지하는 중공 원통형 터빈 측 베어링 메탈 및 컴프레서 측 베어링 메탈과,이 터빈 측 베어링 메탈 및 컴프레서 측 베어링 메탈을 터빈 축의 반경 방향으로 이동가능하게 유지하고 축 방향 및 회전 방향의 이동을 저지하는 베어링 계지 부재를 구비하고,상기 컴프레서 측 베어링 메탈의 외주면은 비진원 베어링으로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동 과급기의 베어링 구조.
- 터빈 임펠러를 일단에 가지는 터빈 축과, 터빈 축의 타단에 연결된 컴프레서 임펠러와, 터빈 축이 관통하는 원통형 베어링 홀을 가지는 베어링 하우징과, 터빈 임펠러를 둘러싸고 베어링 하우징에 연결된 터빈 하우징과, 컴프레서 임펠러를 둘러싸고 베어링 하우징에 연결된 컴프레서 하우징과, 터빈 축에 고정되고 터빈 축과 함께 회전하는 모터 로터와, 모터 로터를 둘러싸고 베어링 하우징 내부에 고정된 모터 스테이터를 구비한 전동 과급기의 베어링 구조로서,외주면이 상기 베어링 하우징의 베어링 홀에 틈을 가지고 끼워지고 내주면에서 터빈 축을 회전가능하게 지지하는 중공 원통형의 터빈 측 베어링 메탈 및 컴프레서 측 베어링 메탈과,이 터빈 측 베어링 메탈 및 컴프레서 측 베어링 메탈을 터빈 축의 반경 방향으로 이동가능하게 유지하고 축 방향 및 회전 방향의 이동을 저지하는 베어링 계지 부재를 구비하고,상기 터빈 측 베어링 메탈의 외주면은 비진원 베어링으로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동 과급기의 베어링 구조.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 비진원 베어링은, 복수의 원호면으로 이루어지는 다원호 베어링인 것을 특징으로 하는 전동 과급기의 베어링 구조.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 터빈 측 베어링 메탈 및 컴프레서 측 베어링 메탈은, 일체 또는 별체로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동 과급기의 베어링 구조.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 외주면의 비진원 베어링은, 외주면에 접하는 진원의 직경을 D라고 했을 때 이 외주면을 D/2 보다 1% 내지 2% 더 큰 반경 R의 복수 개의 원호면으로 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동 과급기의 베어링 구조.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 터빈 측 베어링 메탈 및 컴프레서 측 베어링 메탈의 내주면과 외주면을 반경 방향으로 관통하는 복수 개의 윤활유 통로를 갖고, 윤활유 통로는 베어링 홀과 터빈 축의 틈이 큰 위치에 설정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동 과급기의 베어링 구조.
