Abstract

本发明提供了连体轴承式涡轮增压器结构,主轴转动过程中,受到的轴承的阻力小,转速高,转动时轴承耐磨。其包括压气机转轮、涡轮、中间体、主轴,所述主轴连接所述压气机转轮、涡轮,所述主轴靠近所述压气机转轮、涡轮的部分分别装有轴承,其特征在于:所述轴承具体为高速陶瓷滚珠轴承,所述主轴外圆套有壳套,所述壳套靠近所述压气机转轮、涡轮的部分开有轴承座孔,所述壳套套有外壳,所述外壳的内壁对应于所述轴承座孔的位置对应开有外轴承座孔,陶瓷滚珠塞装于所述对应的轴承座孔、外轴承座孔所形成的空腔内。

连体轴承式涡轮增压器结构
技术领域
    本发明涉及涡轮增压器的结构领域,具体为连体轴承式涡轮增压器结构。
背景技术
现有的赛车的涡轮增压器,其压气机转轮和涡轮通过主轴连接,所述主轴靠近压气机转轮、涡轮的部分分别装有浮动轴承,两个浮动轴承相互独立运转,主轴在转动过程中会受到两个浮动轴承的扭力,两个浮动轴承的转动不同步,导致主轴在转动过程中所受到的阻力大,导致主轴转速小,进而浮动轴承所受到的磨损大。 
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供了连体轴承式涡轮增压器结构,主轴转动过程中,受到的轴承的阻力小,转速高,转动时轴承耐磨。
连体轴承式涡轮增压器结构,其技术方案是这样的:其包括压气机转轮、涡轮、中间体、主轴,所述主轴连接所述压气机转轮、涡轮,所述主轴靠近所述压气机转轮、涡轮的部分分别装有轴承,其特征在于:所述轴承具体为高速陶瓷滚珠轴承,所述主轴外圆套有壳套,所述壳套靠近所述压气机转轮、涡轮的部分开有轴承座孔,所述壳套套有外壳,所述外壳的内壁对应于所述轴承座孔的位置对应开有外轴承座孔,陶瓷滚珠塞装于所述对应的轴承座孔、外轴承座孔所形成的空腔内。
其进一步特征在于:所述中间体开有销轴孔,所述销轴孔的侧部开有通向所述高速陶瓷滚珠轴承的油路,所述外壳对应所述销轴孔的位置开有定位孔,销轴贯穿所述销轴孔后插装于所述定位孔内。
采用本发明的结构后,由于内壳的轴承座孔、外壳的外轴承座孔之间对应塞装有陶瓷滚珠,使得涡轮增压器的主轴两端安装了连体的两个高速陶瓷滚珠轴承,主轴转动过程中,两个高速陶瓷滚珠轴承的转动同步,受到的轴承的阻力小,转速高,且转动时高速陶瓷滚珠轴承耐磨。

见图1,其包括压气机转轮1、涡轮2、中间体3、主轴4,主轴4连接压气机转轮1、涡轮2,主轴4靠近压气机转轮1、涡轮2的部分分别装有轴承,轴承具体为高速陶瓷滚珠轴承,主轴4外圆套有壳套5,壳套5靠近压气机转轮1、涡轮2的部分开有轴承座孔6,壳套5套有外壳7,外壳7的内壁对应于轴承座孔6的位置对应开有外轴承座孔8,陶瓷滚珠13塞装于对应的轴承座孔6、外轴承座孔8所形成的空腔内。中间体3开有销轴孔9,销轴孔9的侧部开有通向高速陶瓷滚珠轴承的油路10,外壳7对应销轴孔9的位置开有定位孔11,销轴12贯穿销轴孔9后插装于定位孔11内。

1.连体轴承式涡轮增压器结构,其包括压气机转轮、涡轮、中间体、主轴,所述主轴连接所述压气机转轮、涡轮,所述主轴靠近所述压气机转轮、涡轮的部分分别装有轴承,其特征在于:所述轴承具体为高速陶瓷滚珠轴承,所述主轴外圆套有壳套,所述壳套靠近所述压气机转轮、涡轮的部分开有轴承座孔,所述壳套套有外壳,所述外壳的内壁对应于所述轴承座孔的位置对应开有外轴承座孔,陶瓷滚珠塞装于所述对应的轴承座孔、外轴承座孔所形成的空腔内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的连体轴承式涡轮增压器结构,其特征在于:所述中间体开有销轴孔,所述销轴孔的侧部开有通向所述高速陶瓷滚珠轴承的油路,所述外壳对应所述销轴孔的位置开有定位孔,销轴贯穿所述销轴孔后插装于所述定位孔内。
