Claims (1)
- 고층빌딩의 상수도 급수 배관이나 소방수 배관에 설치되어 수압을 떨어뜨려주는 유입구(210)와 유출구(220) 사이에 형성되는 내부유로를 갖는 밸브몸체(280)와 탄성가압부와 조절유니트(230)가 마련되는 상부 공간을 형성하기 위해 상기 밸브몸체(280) 상부와 연결되는 덮개부(290)를 포함하여 형성되는 자동수압조절밸브에 있어서,상기 내부유로를 따라 흐르는 유체의 흐름을 개방 및 폐쇄하도록 하는 고무판지지대(271), 고무판(272) 및 고무판덮개(273)를 포함하여 형성된 디스크시트(270);상기 디스크시트(270)에 연결되어 그 상하 움직임을 가능하도록 하는 축(260)과 상기 축(260)을 감싸도록 중공으로 이루어진 축관(261)과 공동부(265)를 형성하는 축부;상기 축부에 연결되고, 상부의 탄성력에 의해 상기 축부의 움직임을 가능하도록 하는 플레이트(250);상기 플레이트(250)의 슬라이딩 움직임이 가능하도록 하는 것과 동시에 밀폐된 챔버공간(252)을 형성하도록 마련된 내부벽(251);상기 플레이트(250)에 탄성가압을 행하도록 마련된 압축코일스프링(240);상기 압축코일스프링(240)을 조절하도록 하는 조절나사(231), 상기 조절나사를 밸브에 고정하는 고정너트(232) 및 상기 조절나사(231)에 연결되어 상기 압축코일스프링(240)을 가압하도록 형성된 스프링자리판(233)으로 형성된 조절유니트(230);를 포함하여 구성되고,상기 디스크시트(270)는 그 상부면에 상기 디스크시트(270)의 움직임을 가이드하도록 하는 복수개의 디스크가이드다리(310)와, 상면의 원주방향으로 유량의 흐름을 제어하도록 형성된 요철부(320)가 마련되고,상기 축관(261)의 상부 및 하부에는 각각 상부감쇠구멍(263)과 하부감쇠구멍(262)이 공동부(265)를 통하여 서로 연결되도록 형성되며, 상기 상부감쇠구멍(263)은 챔버공간(252)과 연결되고 하부감쇠구멍(262)은 디스크시트(270)의 상부와 연결되도록 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동수압조절밸브.
