Abstract
Description
Claims (16)
- 허니콤체의 제조 방법으로서,a. 판금으로 관형 케이싱을 제조하는 단계,b. 림으로 경계가 정해지는 구멍을 규정된 위치에서 상기 관형 케이싱의 판금에 형성하는 단계,c. 측정 센서용 플랜지 피이스를 상기 관형 케이싱의 구멍 림에 끼워맞추는 단계,d. 상기 관형 케이싱 안에 허니콤 구조를 넣는 단계, 및e. 단일 공통 열처리 공정을 이용하여 실시되는 납땜 또는 용접으로 상기 관형 케이싱을 상기 허니콤 구조 및 플랜지 피이스에 접합시키는 단계를 포함하며,상기 단계 a, b 및 c 를 임의의 원하는 순서로 실시할 수 있는 허니콤체의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 구멍 림과 플랜지 피이스를 열처리 공정 전과 열처리 공정 중에 함께 유지되도록 형상화하는 것을 더 포함하는 허니콤체의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 최종 접합 공정 전에 상기 구멍 림에 상기 플랜지 피이스를 예비고정하는 단계를 더 포함하는 허니콤체의 제조 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 플랜지 피이스는 점 용접에 의해 상기 구멍 림에 예비고정되는 허니콤체의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 열처리 공정은 납땜 공정인 허니콤체의 제조 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 플랜지 피이스를 상기 구멍 림에 끼워맞추기 전에 또는 그 후에, 상기 구멍 림과 상기 플랜지 피이스의 어느 일방 또는 쌍방에 땜납 재료를 가하여 상기 납땜 공정을 행하는 것을 더 포함하는 허니콤체의 제조 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 땜납 재료는 땜납 분말, 땜납 페이스트와 땜납 포일로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 허니콤체의 제조 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 땜납 재료는 땜납 분말과 땜납 포일로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 허니콤체의 제조 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 땜납 재료는 땜납 분말인 허니콤체의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 허니콤 구조는 측정센서를 수용하기 위한 빈 공간을 구비하고 있는 허니콤체의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 목부를 제공함으로써 상기 구멍을 형성하는 허니콤체의 제조 방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 상기 플랜지 피이스를 상기 목부 위에 끼워맞춘 후 그 플랜지 피이스를 상기 목부에 접합시키는 것을 더 포함하는 허니콤체의 제조 방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 상기 플랜지 피이스를 상기 목부 내로 끼워맞춘 후 그 플랜지 피이스를 상기 목부에 접합시키는 것을 더 포함하는 허니콤체의 제조 방법.
