Claims (2)
- 야콘을 잘게 절단하여 액만을 걸른 야콘원액 20~30중량%와, 잘게 절단한 가지 25~35중량%와, 잘게 절단한 블루베리 15~25중량%와, 물 20~30중량%을 혼합하는 제1단계; 20~30℃의 차광된 상태에서 3~6개월 동안 발효시키는 제2단계; 맑은 액만을 걸러 10~20℃에서 3~6개월 동안 숙성시키는 제3단계;를 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 한 야콘을 이용한 발효 음료의 제조 방법.
- 상기 청구항1의 제조 방법으로 제조된 야콘을 이용한 발효 음료.
