- 콘텐츠의 의미 내용, 구조, 특징을 기술하는 1개 또는 복수의 기술자로 이루어지는 메타 데이터로부터, 메타 데이터 수신 장치의 능력, 통신 환경, 사용자 요구 중 어느 것에 적합한 기술만을 추출하여 재구성한 메타 데이터를 생성하기 위한 조건을 설정하는 메타 데이터 재생성 조건 설정 장치에 있어서,메타데이터에 포함되는 기술자의 종류와 내용을 기술하는 힌트 정보를 해석하는 힌트 정보 해석부와,상기 해석된 힌트 정보에 근거하여, 동화상, 음성 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 멀티미디어 콘텐츠의 내용 및 구조를 기술한 메타데이터를 재생성하기 위한 조건을 설정하는 메타데이터 재생성 조건 설정부를 구비하는 메타데이터 재생성 조건 설정 장치.
- 콘텐츠의 의미 내용, 구조, 특징을 기술하는 1개 또는 복수의 기술자로 이루어지는 메타 데이터로부터, 메타 데이터 수신 장치의 능력, 통신 환경, 사용자 요구 중 어느 것에 적합한 기술만을 추출하여 재구성한 메타 데이터를 생성하기 위한 조건을 설정하는 메타 데이터 재생성 조건 설정 장치에 있어서,콘텐츠의 의미 내용, 구조, 특징을 기술하는 하나 또는 복수의 기술자로 이루어지는 메타데이터를 조작할 때의 힌트 정보로서, 메타데이터에 포함되는 기술자의 명칭 또는 식별자를 기술하는 제 1 힌트 정보 기술 방법과,콘텐츠의 의미 내용, 구조, 특징을 기술하는 하나 또는 복수의 기술자로 이루어지는 메타데이터를 조작할 때의 힌트 정보로서, 메타데이터에 포함되는 각 기술자가 취득하는 값의 범위를 기술하는 제 2 힌트 정보 기술 방법과,콘텐츠의 의미 내용, 구조, 특징을 기술하는 하나 또는 복수의 기술자로 이루어지는 메타데이터를 조작할 때의 힌트 정보로서, 메타데이터에 포함되는 각 기술자의 출현 개수와 출현 위치를 기술하는 제 3 힌트 정보 기술 방법과,상기 제 3 힌트 정보 기술 방법에서, 메타데이터에 포함되는 각 기술자의 출현 위치를 그 기술자 고유의 식별자 또는 그 기술자가 출현하는 계층 구조의 깊이의 최대값으로 기술하는 제 4 힌트 정보 기술 방법과,콘텐츠의 의미 내용, 구조, 특징을 기술하는 하나 또는 복수의 기술자로 이루어지는 메타데이터를 조작할 때의 힌트 정보로서, 메타데이터에 포함되는 기술자가 계층적으로 구성되는 경우, 계층 구조의 깊이의 최대값을 기술하는 제 5 힌트 정보 기술 방법과,콘텐츠의 의미 내용, 구조, 특징을 기술하는 하나 또는 복수의 기술자로 이루어지는 메타데이터를 조작할 때의 힌트 정보로서, 메타데이터에 포함되는 기술자의 출현 개수의 총합을 기술하는 제 6 힌트 정보 기술 방법과,콘텐츠의 의미 내용, 구조, 특징을 기술하는 하나 또는 복수의 기술자로 이루어지는 메타데이터를 조작할 때의 힌트 정보로서, 메타데이터의 문법을 규정하는 신택스 파일의 소재를 기술하는 제 7 힌트 정보 기술 방법과,콘텐츠의 의미 내용, 구조, 특징을 기술하는 하나 또는 복수의 기술자로 이루어지는 메타데이터를 조작할 때의 힌트 정보로서, 메타데이터의 문법을 규정하는 신택스 파일에 비추어 자요소를 갖는다고 판단되는 기술자가, 실제로 메타데이터 내에서 모든 자요소를 포함하고 있는지의 여부를 가리키는 정보를 기술하는 제 8 힌트 정보 기술 방법중 어느 하나에 의해 생성된 힌트 정보와, 메타데이터 재생성에 관한 외부 조건을 취득하고, 취득한 힌트 정보를 해석하는 수단과,해석된 상기 힌트 정보와 상기 메타데이터 재생성에 관한 외부 조건을 이용하여, 메타데이터 재생성에 관한 조건을 설정하는 수단을 구비한 메타데이터 재생성 조건 설정 장치.
