Abstract
Description
Claims (22)
- 도톨도톨한(Granular) 입자를 갖는 미끄럼 방지 표면을 구비한 엘라스토머 소재로 형성된 스트립형 또는 플레이트형 기초 재료(base material)를 포함하며, 높은 보행 안전성을 갖는 바닥재로서,상기 도톨도톨한 입자는 상기 엘라스토머 소재의 경도보다 10 Shore D 이상 더 높은 경도를 지니는 폴리머 물질로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 바닥재.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 폴리머 물질이, 상기 기초 재료의 표면에 분산(dispersion)되거나 상기 기초 재료 내에 혼합되는, 열가소성(thermo-plastic) 물질, 열경화성(thermosetting plastic) 물질 또는 상기 열가소성 물질 및 열경화성 물질 둘 모두를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 바닥재.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 열가소성 물질이 반결정(semi-crystalline) 열가소성 물질임을 특징으로 하는 바닥재.
- 삭제
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 반결정 열가소성 폴리머 물질이, DIN 53765에 따른 시차 주사 열량법(DSC)을 이용하여 측정할 때, 100℃ 내지 250℃의 온도 범위에서 최대 발열 용융 피크를 나타내는 열가소성 폴리머를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 바닥재.
- 제 2항, 제 3항, 또는 제 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 열가소성 폴리머가 폴리올레핀계 폴리머, 변성 폴리올레핀계 폴리머, 반결정 폴리아미드계 폴리머 및 폴리에스테르계 폴리머로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 열가소성 폴리머를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 바닥재.
- 제 1항, 제 2항, 제 3항, 또는 제 5항 중 어느 한 항에 따른, 상기 입자가 상기 기초 재료의 표면에 분산된 바닥재에 있어서,DIN 66165에 따른 체 분석(sieve analysis)을 통해 측정된, 상기 입자의 평균 입자 크기가 100㎛ 내지 800㎛임을 특징으로 하는 바닥재.
- 제 1항, 제 2항, 제 3항, 또는 제 5항 중 어느 한 항에 따른, 상기 입자가 상기 기초 재료의 표면에 분산된 바닥재에 있어서,상기 분산된 입자의 양이, 상기 분산된 입자의 총 체적(total volume)에 대하여 표현할 때, 30㎤/㎡ 내지 360㎤/㎡임을 특징으로 하는 바닥재.
- 제 1항, 제 2항, 제 3항, 또는 제 5항 중 어느 한 항에 따른, 상기 입자가 상기 기초 재료 내에 혼합된 바닥재에 있어서,DIN 66165에 따른 체 분석을 통해 측정된, 상기 입자의 평균 입자 크기가 100㎛ 내지 2000㎛임을 특징으로 하는 바닥재.
- 제 1항, 제 2항, 제 3항, 또는 제 5항 중 어느 한 항에 따른, 상기 입자가 상기 기초 재료 내에 혼합된 바닥재에 있어서,상기 혼합된 입자의 함량이 기초 재료의 10 부피% 내지 40 부피%에 달하는 것을 특징으로 하는 바닥재.
- 제 1항, 제 2항, 제 3항, 또는 제 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 기초 재료가 황 가교, 과산화물 가교 또는 첨가에 의한 가교가 가능한 SBR(styrene butadiene rubber), NBR(nitrile butadiene rubber), EPM(ethylene propylene rubber), EPDM(ethylene propylene diene rubber), EVA(ethylene vinyl acetate), CSM(chlorosulfonated polyethylene), VSi(silicone rubber) 및 AEM(ethylene acrylic rubber)으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 엘라스토머를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 바닥재.
- 제 1항, 제 2항, 제 3항, 또는 제 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 기초 재료가 점토(clay), 백악(chalk), 규산(silicic acid) 및 규산질 백악(siliceous chalk)으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 무기질 충전제(inorganic filler material)를 추가로 함유함을 특징으로 하는 바닥재.
- 제 7항에 있어서,상기 분산된 입자의 평균 입자 크기가 300㎛임을 특징으로 하는 바닥재.
- 제 8항에 있어서,상기 분산된 입자의 양이 100㎤/㎡ 내지 250㎤/㎡임을 특징으로 하는 바닥재.
- 삭제
- 제 10항에 있어서,상기 혼합된 입자의 함량이 기초 재료의 14 부피% 내지 25 부피%에 달하는 것을 특징으로 하는 바닥재.
- 제 7항에 있어서,상기 분산된 입자의 양이, 상기 분산된 입자의 총 체적(total volume)에 대하여 표현할 때, 30㎤/㎡ 내지 360㎤/㎡임을 특징으로 하는 바닥재.
- 제 17항에 있어서,상기 분산된 입자의 양이 100㎤/㎡ 내지 250㎤/㎡임을 특징으로 하는 바닥재.
- 제 7항에 있어서,DIN 66165에 따른 체 분석을 통해 측정된, 상기 분산된 입자의 평균 입자 크기가 100㎛ 내지 2000㎛임을 특징으로 하는 바닥재.
- 제 19항에 있어서,상기 분산된 입자의 평균 입자 크기가 500㎛임을 특징으로 하는 바닥재.
- 제 9항에 있어서,상기 혼합된 입자의 함량이 기초 재료의 10 부피% 내지 40 부피%에 달하는 것을 특징으로 하는 바닥재.
- 제 21항에 있어서,상기 혼합된 입자의 함량이 기초 재료의 14 부피% 내지 25 부피%에 달하는 것을 특징으로 하는 바닥재.
