Description
Claims (14)
- 고압 방전 램프를 동작시키는 동작 장치로서,고압 방전 램프(Lp)에 대한 동작 전류를 제공하는 펄스 전원(L2, C2, T1, D1, 1);상기 고압 방전 램프(Lp)가 상기 펄스 전원에 결합될 수 있게 하고, 상기 고압 방전 램프(Lp)에 대한 동작 전압의 극성 반전을 제어하는 극성 반전 신호(10)가 공급되는 극성 반전 신호 입력부를 갖는 극성 반전 네트워크(2);상기 극성 반전 신호를 제공하는 제어 장치(4);조작된 변수가 공급되는 상기 펄스 전원(L2, C2, T1, D1, 1)에 대한 제어 입력부 - 여기서, 상기 제어 입력부의 도움으로 상기 펄스 전원(L2, C2, T1, D1, 1)에 의하여 제공된 전력이 가변될 수 있음 -;상기 펄스 전원(L2, C2, T1, D1, 1)이 방출하는 전류의 측정값인 제어 변수를 제공하는 측정 장치(R1);전류 세트값의 측정치인 세트 변수를 제공하는 장치(5); 그리고세트 변수 및 제어 변수가 공급되고, 상기 세트 변수와 상기 제어 변수 사이의 차이의 함수로서 조작된 변수를 방출하는 조정 장치(6, 8);를 포함하며,상기 제어 장치(4)는 감소값을 제공하는 수단을 포함하고, 상기 세트 변수 또는 상기 조작된 변수는 감소 동안에 상기 극성 반전 신호에 동기하여 상기 감소값만큼 감소하며,상기 제어 장치(4)는 상기 감소를 하나의 단계(step)에서 최대값으로 세팅하고, 상기 최대값을 균일한 반감 클록 사이클(tRI)을 사용하여 적어도 3 단계로 반감시키는, 동작 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 감소는 상기 극성 반전 이전에 적어도 1 마이크로초 전에 시작하는, 동작 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 감소는 상기 극성 반전 후 적어도 10 마이크로초 동안 지속되는, 동작 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 감소값의 시간 프로파일은 펄스-형이며, 펄스의 하강 시간은 상기 펄스의 상승 시간의 적어도 세 배만큼의 시간 동안 지속되는, 동작 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 감소값은 램프 동작 변수의 함수로서 선택된 최대값을 갖는, 동작 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 감소는 일시 정지 시간(tRZ) 동안 일정하게 최대값을 유지하는, 동작 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 감소 동안 획득되는 상기 세트 변수 또는 상기 조작된 변수의 최소값은 항상 동일한, 동작 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 감소값의 시간 프로파일은 다음 법칙을 따르며,감소값(t) = σ(t)Ae-t/τ여기에서, σ(t)는 단위 계단 함수를 나타내며, A는 최대 감소값을 나타내고, τ는 등가 부하 인덕턴스 대 등가 부하 저항의 비를 나타내는, 동작 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 펄스 전원(L2, C2, T1, D1, 1)은 강압 컨버터인, 동작 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 펄스 전원(L2, C2, T1, D1, 1)은 평균 전류 모드 제어를 갖는 강압 컨버터인, 동작 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 조정 장치(6, 8) 및 상기 제어 장치(4)는 마이크로제어기에 의하여 형성되는, 동작 장치.

- 극성이 규칙적인 간격에서 반전되고 조작된 변수값을 사용하여 하나의 동작 파라미터에 대한 세트값을 프리세팅함으로써 조정되는 고압 방전 램프(Lp)를 제어하는 방법으로서,상기 고압 방전 램프(Lp)의 극성 반전 전에는 최대 감소값에 대응하는 감소값만큼 조작된 변수값 또는 세트값의 감소가 발생하는 단계;일시 정지 시간(tRZ)동안 대기하는 단계;상기 고압 방전 램프(Lp)의 극성을 반전시키는 단계;규칙적이고 연속적인 시간 단계들(tRI)로 적어도 3회 감소값을 반감시키는 단계; 그리고초기에 미리 결정된 세트값을 세팅하는 단계를 포함하는, 고압 방전 램프 제어 방법.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 상기 극성 반전 과정은 일시 정지 시간(tRZ)동안 수행되는, 고압 방전 램프 제어 방법.
