Description
Claims (11)
- 교류 신호를 입력하기 위한 교류 신호 입력단, 고 레벨 전압을 출력하기 위한 고 레벨 전압 출력단 및 중간 레벨 전압을 출력하기 위한 중간 레벨 전압 출력단을 구비하는 전압 변환기; 및제어 신호를 입력하여 상기 고 레벨 전압과 중간 레벨 전압 중 어느 하나를 선택하기 위한 제어 신호 입력단 및 상기 선택된 레벨의 전압을 출력하기 위한 출력단을 구비하고, 상기 고 레벨 전압 출력단과 중간 레벨 전압 출력단에 연결되는 스위치 선택기를 구비하고,상기 전압 변환기는 상기 고 레벨 전압 및 중간 레벨 전압의 기준 전압을 입력하기 위한 기준 전압 입력단을 더 구비하고,상기 전압 변환기는 2개의 병렬 분기 회로, 제3 다이오드 및 제4 다이오드를 구비하고,상기 분기 회로의 양단이 각각 상기 교류 신호 입력단과 어스에 연결되고, 그 중에,1개의 상기 분기 회로에서 제3 콘덴서와, 음극이 상기 중간 레벨 전압 출력단에 연결되는 제1 다이오드와, 일단이 어스에 연결되고 타단이 제1 다이오드의 음극에 연결되는 제1 콘덴서가 순차적으로 직렬 연결되고,다른 하나의 상기 분기 회로에서 제4 콘덴서와, 음극이 상기 고 레벨 전압의 출력단에 연결되는 제2 다이오드와, 일단이 어스에 연결되고 타단이 제2 다이오드의 음극에 연결되는 제2 콘덴서가 순차적으로 직렬 연결되고,상기 제3 다이오드는 양극이 상기 중간 레벨 전압의 출력단에 연결되고, 음극이 상기 제2 다이오드의 양극에 연결되고,상기 제4 다이오드는 음극이 상기 제1 다이오드의 양극에 연결되고, 양극이 상기 기준 전압의 입력단에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다단계 전압 구동 장치.
- 제1항에 기재된 다단계 전압 구동 장치; 및상기 다단계 전압 구동 장치의 교류 신호 입력단에 연결되는 교류 신호원을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다단계 전압 구동 시스템.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 다단계 전압 구동 장치의 기준 전압의 입력단에 연결되는 기준 전압의 신호원을 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다단계 전압 구동 시스템.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 다단계 전압 구동 장치의 제어 신호 입력단에 연결되는 제어 신호원을 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다단계 전압 구동 시스템.
- 교류 신호를 입력하기 위한 교류 신호 입력단, 고 레벨 전압을 출력하기 위한 고 레벨 전압 출력단 및 중간 레벨 전압을 출력하기 위한 중간 레벨 전압 출력단을 구비하는 전압 변환기; 및제어 신호를 입력하여 상기 고 레벨 전압과 중간 레벨 전압 중 어느 하나를 선택하기 위한 제어 신호 입력단 및 상기 선택된 레벨의 전압을 출력하기 위한 출력단을 구비하고, 상기 고 레벨 전압 출력단과 중간 레벨 전압 출력단에 연결되는 스위치 선택기를 구비하고,상기 스위치 선택기는 제1 스위치, 제2 스위치 및 제3 스위치를 구비하고,상기 제1, 제2 스위치의 출력단이 연결되고, 상기 제1 스위치의 입력단이 상기 고 레벨 전압의 출력단에 연결되고, 상기 제2 스위치의 입력단이 상기 중간 레벨 전압의 출력단에 연결되고,상기 제3 스위치의 제어단이 상기 제어 신호의 입력단에 연결되고, 입력단이 어스에 연결되고, 출력단이 상기 제1, 제2 스위치의 제어단에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다단계 전압 구동 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 제1 스위치의 입력단과 제어단 사이에 제1 저항이 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다단계 전압 구동 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 제3 스위치의 출력단은 직렬로 접속된 제3 저항과 제2 저항에 의해 상기 제1 스위치의 제어단에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다단계 전압 구동 장치.
- 제5항에 기재된 다단계 전압 구동 장치; 및상기 다단계 전압 구동 장치의 교류 신호 입력단에 연결되는 교류 신호원을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다단계 전압 구동 시스템.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 다단계 전압 구동 장치의 기준 전압의 입력단에 연결되는 기준 전압의 신호원을 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다단계 전압 구동 시스템.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 다단계 전압 구동 장치의 제어 신호 입력단에 연결되는 제어 신호원을 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다단계 전압 구동 시스템.
