- 삭제
- 화염으로부터 생성되는 유리 미립자를 내부에서 퇴적시키는 복수의 반응 챔버에, 각각 설치된 지류 배기 가스관이 본류 배기 가스관에 합류하고, 상기 지류 배기 가스관의 각각의 도중에 상기 배기 가스의 저류 탱크가 설치되고, 상기 본류 배기 가스관이 그 도중에 배기 가스의 압력을 계측하는 압력계와, 가스 유량 조정 밸브와, 상기 계측한 압력에 의해 상기 가스 유량 조정 밸브의 개폐를 제어하는 회로를 갖고 있고, 배기 장치에 접속하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광파이버 모재 제조 장치.
- 화염으로부터 생성되는 유리 미립자를 복수의 반응 챔버 내에서 퇴적시켜 광파이버 모재를 제조하는 방법이며, 상기 복수의 반응 챔버로부터의 배기 가스를 각각 저류 탱크에 모으고 나서 합류시킨 후, 상기 배기 가스의 압력을 계측하고 피드백 제어하여 일정하게 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광파이버 모재의 제조 방법.
