Claims (6)
- 유기성 폐기물을 수용하는 저장탱크(10)와; 유기성 폐기물을 혼합분쇄하는 혼합분쇄기(20)와; 유기성 폐기물을 건조하는 1차 건조기(30)와; 유기성 폐기물을 건조하는 2차 건조기(40)와; 유기성 폐기물을 열분해하는 탄화기(50)와; 건류가스의 연소와 악취를 제거하는 연소기(60)와; 분진을 제거하는 집진기(70)와; 탄화물을 수거하는 수거부(80)로 된 유기성 폐기물의 탄화용 설비에 있어서,저장탱크(10) 내의 유기성 폐기물은 밀폐형 이송스크류(11)를 통해 혼합분쇄기(20)로 운반하여 파쇄하고, 파쇄된 유기성 폐기물은 탄화배출물의 일부와 혼합된 상태로 또 다른 밀폐형 이송스크류(21)를 통해 1차 건조기(30)로 운반되게 하며,탄화기(50)로부터 배출되는 탄화물은 수거부(80) 내부로 배출 수거됨과 동시에 일부는 혼합분쇄기(20)로 이송되어 수분조절용으로 사용되도록 하며,연소기(60)는 탄화기(50)로부터 건류가스를 제공받아 일측의 보조버너(61)에 의한 건류가스의 점화가 이루어져 적어도 1000℃ 이상의 고열이 발생되게 하되, 건류가스의 연소에 의해 발생하는 폐열은 1차 건조기(30)와 2차 건조기(40)로부터 제공되는 악취와 유해가스를 연소기(60) 내부에서 태워 제거하는 동시에 순환을 통해 탄화기(50)의 내부로 공급되게 하고, 탄화기(50)의 내부로 공급된 폐열은 2차 건조기(40)와 1차 건조기(30)에 순차적으로 공급되어 수증기와 함께 연소기(60)로 순환되게 구성함을 특징으로 하는 유기성 폐기물을 대량 처리하기 위한 탄화용 설비.
