Claims (2)
- 버너에서 건조열원 연료를 분사하여 연소되는 연소기류로 간접 건조열원으로 사용하되 건조기에 투입된 부패성 폐기물이 가열 및 교반이 이루어져 발생되는 고온다습한 내부기류를 압입하여 감압을 시키고 압입배출되는 고온다습한 내부기류를 혼용하여 건조열원으로 사용하고 열교환으로 배기되어 나오는 잔여 열기류와 응축되어 나오는 응축수를 다시 냉각응축 분리하여 응축수는 기외로 배출하고 나머지 분리된 저온 저습한 열기류는 연소기로 유입하여 재연소 하고 재연소 되는 열기류와 다시 감압되어 발생되는 고온다습한 내부기류와 혼용하여 건조열원으로 복귀과정을 반복 수행하는 배기가스 열기류순환과정과 건조처리 과정에서 외부공기 투입없이 또는 내부기류 순환없이 발생되는 고온다습한 내부기류를 압입 하여 감압증류 건조시켜 건조된 처리물을 배출하여 고형연료 또는 사료 및 퇴비로 활용할 수 있는 열기류순환 감압건조 방법
- 밀폐된 용기에 투입구(101)와 배출구(미도시)가 부착되고 그내부 상단에는 건조공간(102)이 형성되며 하단에는 교반축(103)에 교반날개(104)와 체인기어(105)가 부착된 교반기가 설치되고 그주위에는 가열관(106)으로 분리하여 가열공간(107)을 형성시킨 건조기(100)로서 건조기(100)내의 투입구(101)를 통하여 파이프형태의 압입유입라인(108)으로 연통시키고 압입시키는 기류압입송풍기(109)을 거처 같은 파이프형태의 기류유인라인(110)으로 연통시켜서 연소기류유입자켓(401)과 내부기류 유입자켓(402) 및 열기류수냉자켓(403)형성으로 원통형 3중관으로 분리되고 열기류수냉자켓(403)은 상부에 또다른 파이프형태의 증류보조라인(404)과 연통하고 기류유도라인(110)으로 연통시킨 열분리유도기(400)내의 내부기류유입자켓(402)으로 연통시켜 열기류배기구(405)중앙 주변으로 가열관(106)내의 가열공간(107)으로 연통되게 설치하고 한편.버너(201)가 부착되고 배가스유입자켓(202)형성으로 이중관으로 분리된 연소유도기(200)는 연료배기구(203) 중앙으로 연소기(300) 내부의 연소공간(301)으로 연통시키고 연소배기구(302)를 통하여 열분리유도기(400)내의 연소기류유입자켓(401)으로 연통시켜서 열기류배기구(405)중앙으로 가열관(106)내의 가열공간(107)으로 연통되게 설치한다.다음 가열관(106)내의 가열공간(107)은 잔류배기구(111)를 통하여 잔류수냉자켓 (502)형성으로 이중관으로된 냉각분리기(500)내의 냉각자켓(501)으로 연통시키고 냉각자켓(501) 내부의 하단은 드레인(507)으로 연통시키며 상단은 연돌(503)로 연통시킨 다음 파이프형태로된 배가스압입라인(504)으로 연통시키고 가스압입송풍기(505)를 거처 또 다른 파이프형태로된 배가스유도라인(506)으로 연통시켜서 연소유도기(200)내의 배가스유입자켓(202)으로 연통시켜 연료배기구(203) 중앙 주변으로 연소기(300) 내부의 연소공간(301)으로 연통시킨 열기류순환 감압건조 장치.
