Claims (13)
- 활성탄소섬유(1a), 입자상 활성탄(1b), 이들을 부분적으로 서로 열융착 시켜 주는 열융착 섬유(1c) 및 합성섬유, 재생섬유 및 천연섬유들로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종의 단섬유(1d)를 포함하는 탈취용 부직포(1)와 상기 탈취용 부직포 양면 각각에 접착되어 있는 커버용 부직포(2,3)들로 구성되고, 상기 탈취용 부직포(1)의 전체 중량 대비 상기 활성탄소섬유(1a)와 상기 입자상 활성탄(1b)의 총 함량이 30~70중량%이고, 탈취용 부직포(1)의 양면 중 공기가 흡입되는 일면에 접착되어 있는 커버용 부직포(2)는 단사섬도가 0.001~0.5데니어인 극세섬유를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합형 탈취필터.

- 제1항에 있어서, 탈취용 부직포(1)내 활성탄소섬유(1a)와 입자상 활성탄(1b)의 중량비율이 0.1~50:99.1~50인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합형 탈취필터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 탈취용 부직포(1)의 중량이 120~450g/㎡인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합형 탈취필터.
- 활성탄소섬유(1a) 및 입자상 활성탄(1b)으로 이루어진 탈취제, 열융착 섬유(1c) 및 합성섬유, 재생섬유 및 천연섬유들로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종의 단섬유(1d)를 물에 고르게 개섬 및 분산시킨 후 스크린을 사용하여 이들을 시트상 형태로 건져올려 탈취용 부직포(1)를 제조한 다음, 상기 탈취용 부직포의 양면 각각에 커버용 부직포(2,3)들을 적층한 후 이들을 열처리하여 일체로 열접합 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합형 탈취필터의 제조방법.

- 제9항에 있어서, 탈취제와 열융착 섬유(1c)를 30~70:70~30의 중량비율로 물에 개섬 및 분산시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합형 탈취필터의 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 탈취제, 열융착 섬유(1c) 및 단섬유(1d)를 각각 45~69:30~40:1~15의 중량비율로 물에 개섬 및 분산시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합형 탈취필터의 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 물에 개섬 및 분산되는 활성탄소섬유(1a)와 입자상 활성탄(1b)의 중량비율을 0.1~50:99.1~50으로 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합형 탈취필터의 제조방법.
