Claims (8)
- 양측단부가 중심축 방향으로 돌출된 제1연결부를 구비한 브러쉬샤프트;일측단부가 중심축 방향으로 돌출된 제2연결부를 구비하여 상기 브러쉬샤프트의 제1연결부와 결합되는 구동샤프트;상기 브러쉬샤프트가 중심을 관통하도록 브러쉬샤프트를 감싼 브러쉬;상기 구동샤프트를 회전시키는 구동부; 및상기 브러쉬샤프트의 제1연결부와 구동샤프트의 제2연결부를 고정하는 고정수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기판세정장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 브러쉬샤프트의 연결부는 ㄱ형상이고, 상기 구동샤프트의 연결부는 ㄴ형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 기판세정장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고정수단은 복수의 볼트인 것을 특징으로 하는 기판세정장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 브러쉬샤프트의 축과 상기 구동샤프트의 축은 일치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기판세정장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 브러쉬샤프트의 단면과 구동샤프트의 단면의 형상 및 크기는 동일한 것을 특징으로 하는 기판세정장치.
- 브러쉬샤프트;상기 브러쉬샤프트가 중심을 관통하도록 브러쉬샤프트를 감싼 브러쉬;일측단부에 제1덮개를 구비한 구동샤프트;상기 구동샤프트의 제1덮개와 결합되는 제2덮개;상기 제1덮개와 제2덮개로 삽입되는 구동샤프트;상기 구동샤프트를 회전시키는 구동부; 및상기 제1덮개, 제2덮개 및 구동샤프트를 고정하는 고정수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기판세정장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 브러쉬샤프트의 축과 상기 구동샤프트의 축은 일치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기판세정장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 고정수단은 복수의 볼트인 것을 특징으로 하는 기판세정장치.
