Claims (21)
- 당귀, 산약, 감초, 숙지황, 향부자, 천궁, 목단피, 포공영, 노근, 백작약, 울금 및 황백으로 이루어진 혼합물을 열수 추출하는 단계;상기 열수 추출물을 포함한 배지에 효모를 접종하여 혐기적 조건에서 배양하는 단계; 및상기 배양물에 유산균을 접종하고 배양하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기능성 조성물 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 혼합물은 당귀 22중량%, 산약 15중량%, 감초 12중량%, 숙지황 12중량%, 향부자 6.6중량%, 천궁 6중량%, 목단피 6중량%, 포공영 5중량%, 노근 4중량%, 백작약 4중량%, 울금 2.4중량% 및 황백 5중량%로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 기능성 조성물 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 열수 추출은 상기 혼합물을 상기 혼합물의 2~8배의 물에 첨가하고 80~120℃에서 24~48시간 동안 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 기능성 조성물 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 효모는 사카로마이세스 세레비지애(Saccharomyces cerevisiae)인 것을 특징으로 하는 기능성 조성물 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 배지에 상기 열수 추출액 대비 포도당 1~3중량% 및 탈지분유 0.5~1.5중량%를 더 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기능성 조성물 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 혐기적 배양 단계는 산소 농도 0~0.5ppm, 온도 25~29℃에서 배양하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기능성 조성물 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 유산균은 락토바실러스 플란타룸(Lactobacillus plantarum), 락토바실러스 에시도필루스(L. acidophillus), 락토바실러스 사케(L. sake), 락토바실러스 류터리(L. reuteri), 및 락토바실러스 락티스(L. lactis)로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기능성 조성물 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 유산균 배양 단계는 상기 혐기적 배양물에 유당을 상기 혐기적 배양물 에 대하여 1~5중량%로 첨가하고 유산균을 접종하여 24~48시간 동안 젖산 발효를 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기능성 조성물 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 유산균 배양 단계는 유산균 배양물의 pH가 3.2~3.5가 될 때까지 진행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기능성 조성물 제조방법.
- 제1항에 의해 제조된 기능성 조성물 및 부형제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 사료 첨가제.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 기능성 조성물은 부형제에 대하여 20~40중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 사료 첨가제.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 부형제는 단백피, 대두분 및 옥태말분을 1:1:1로 혼합한 것을 특징으로 하는 사료 첨가제.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 사료 첨가제는 혼합물 전체에 대하여 50중량%의 알로에 베라 건조 분 말, 30중량%의 미역귀 분말, 10중량%의 녹차가루 및 10중량%의 헤마토코커스 프루바이알리스(Haematococcus pluvialis) 분말로 이루어진 혼합물을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 사료 첨가제.
- 제13항에 있어서,상기 혼합물은 부형제에 대하여 5~10중량%로 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 사료 첨가제.
- 제1항에 의해 제조된 액상의 기능성 조성물; 및알로에 베라 건조 분말, 미역귀 분말, 녹차가루 및 헤마토코커스 프루바이알리스(Haematococcus pluvialis) 분말로 이루어진 혼합물;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 사료 첨가제.
- 제15항에 있어서,상기 혼합물은 혼합물 전체에 대하여 50중량%의 알로에 베라 건조 분말, 30중량%의 미역귀 분말, 10중량%의 녹차가루 및 10중량%의 미세조류 분말로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 사료 첨가제.
- 제15항 또는 제16항에 있어서,상기 혼합물은 상기 기능성 조성물에 대하여 5~10중량%로 첨가되는 것을 특 징으로 하는 사료 첨가제.
- 제15항에 있어서,상기 사료 첨가제는 0.005~0.05중량%의 천연 감미제를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 사료 첨가제.
- 제18항에 있어서,상기 천연 감미제는 스테비오사이드인 것을 특징으로 하는 사료 첨가제.
- 제1항에 의해 제조된 액상의 기능성 조성물을 부형제에 분사하여 흡착시킨 후 건조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 사료 첨가제 제조 방법.
- 제20항에 있어서,상기 사료첨가제 제조 방법은 상기 건조된 사료 첨가제를 20~70메쉬로 분쇄하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 사료 첨가제 제조방법.
